Objective:1.To observe the behavioral changes of "Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction" on TD rat model;2.To observe the effect of "Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction" on the contents of dopamine(DA)and homovanillic acid(HVA)in brain tissue of TD model rats.Methods:The rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,10 rats in each group,divided into blank control group,model control group,haloperidol group,low,medium and high dose groups of Jianpi Rougan xifeng decoction,TD model rats were established by injection of iminodipropionitrile(IDPN).Then the rats were given intragastric administration for 6 weeks.The excitatory behavior of the rats was observed on the3 rd day after the establishment of the model and on the 3rd day after the administration.Finally,the contents of dopamine(DA)and homovanillic acid(HVA)in brain tissue were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(Elisa).Results:1: Compared with the TD model rats,the behavior of haloperidol group and Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction group were improved.In the haloperidol group and Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction,there was no statistical difference between the high dose group and the high dose group(P > 0.05),which indicated that there was no significant difference between the haloperidol group and the Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction and the high dose group in improving the excitatory behavior of TD rats.The difference between haloperidol group and Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction low dose group(P < 0.05)showed that haloperidol group improved the excitatory behavior of TD rats better than the low dose group.Compared with the model control group,Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction had significant difference(P < 0.01),which indicated that Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction could significantly improve the excitatory behavior of TD rats.2.Compared with the blank control group,the levels of DA and HVA in the model control group,haloperidol group and the middle and low dose group were decreased(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the model control group,the blank control group,haloperidol group and Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction were higher than those in the middle and low dose groups(P < 0.01).Compared with haloperidol group,the content of DA and HVA in the low dose group of Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction decreased(P < 0.01),the difference was statistically significant.Compared with haloperidol group,the contents of DA and HVA in the middle dose group of Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction were lower than those in the haloperidol group(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The contents of DA and HVA in the high dose group of Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction were similar to those in the haloperidol group(P > 0.05),and there was no difference between the two groups.Conclusion:1.Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction had an effect on the behavioral changes of TD model rats and could reduce the excitatory behavior of mice.2.Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction can regulate the balance of DA and HVA in brain tissue of TD model rats,especially in the high dose group of Jianpi Rougan Xifeng decoction.
