Clinical Observation Of The Treatment For The Children With Transient Tic Disorder Based On "TiaoShen XiFeng Acupuncture"

Ob.jective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment of "TiaoShen XiFeng Acupuncture" on the children with transient tic disorder,so as to provide a better treatment scheme for the patientsMethods 60 children with transient tic disorder were treated in Jiangsu Prvince Hospital of Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to December 201 8.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group?30 cases of each group.The patients in the control groups were treated with psychoeducation and behavioral intervention.The ones in the observation group were treated with the treatment of TiaoShen XiFeng Acupuncture”and psychoeducation and behavioral intervention.The treatment lasted for one courses of treatment,four weeks as a course.The change of the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale scores(YGTSS)of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results 28 cases in observation group and 27 cases in control group.5 cases were lost.The total effecti,ve rate of the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(29.63%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of "TiaoShen XiFeng Acupuncture" and psychoeducation and behavioral intervention for the patients with transient tic disorder significantly better than only psychoeducation and behavioral intervention.
