| Objectives and significanceBy observing the clinical curative effect of the treatments of Xiaozheng Tongluo、Huatanquyu and Westernmedicines on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary(COPD)disease,we should evaluate the effectiveness of the treatments of Xiaozheng Tongluo,and explore its mechanism.Methodthe stable COPD patients with the standard set were selected and randomly divided into Xiaozheng Tongluo group,Huatanquyu group and Western medicine group.Three groups of patients were given conventional treatment of Western medicine.Besides that,the patients of Xiaozheng Tongluo group were daily given Xiaozheng Tongluo formula;the patients of Huatanquyu group were daily given Huatanquyu formula.8 weeks was a courseof treatment.Then We recorded clinical symptoms,lung function and quality of life tables.Through statistical analysis,we compare the change of above indexes and definite curative effect.Results1 The influence on clinical symptoms(1)the main symptoms:The explicit efficiency of Xiaozheng Tongluo group is 11.8%,the efficiency is 64.7%,theinefficiency is 23.5%,and the total efficiency is 76.5%;The explicit efficiency of Huatanquyu group is 5.3%,the efficiency is 57.9%,the inefficiency is 36.8%,and the total efficiency is 63.2%;The efficiency of western medicine group is 18.4%,the inefficiency is of 81.6%.Comparison between groups:there is significantly difference between the Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Western medicine group(P<0.01);There is also significantly difference betweenHuatanquyu group and Western medicine group(P<0.01),but there is no significantly difference between Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Huatanquyu group(P>0.05).(2)the secondary symptoms:Deficiency of lung Qi:The efficiency of Xiao Tongluo group is 55.9%,the efficiency of Huatanquyu group is 35.9%,and the efficiency western medicine group is 15.8%.There is significantly difference between the Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Western medicine group(P<0.01);There is also statistical difference between Huatanquyu group and Western medicine group(P<0.05),but there is no significantly difference between Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Huatanquyu group(P>0.05).Deficiency of spleen-Qi:The efficiency of Xiao Tongluo group is 55.9%,the efficiency of Huatanquyu group is 55.3%,and the efficiency western medicine group is 28.9%.There is statistical difference between the Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Western medicine group(P<0.05).There is no statistical difference between Huatanquyu group and Western medicine group(P>0.05),and there is also no significantly difference between Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Huatanquyu group(P>0.05).Deficiency of kidney Qi:The efficiency of Xiao Tongluo group is 58.8%,the efficiency of Huatanquyu group is 52.6%,and the efficiency western medicine group is 21.1%.There is significantly difference between the Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Western medicine group(P<0.01);There is also statistical difference between Huatanquyu group and Western medicine group(P<0.05),but there is no significantly difference between Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Huatanquyu group(P>0.05).Blood stasis:The efficiency of Xiao Tongluo group is 26.5%,the efficiency of Huatanquyu group is 21.1%,and the efficiency western medicine group is 13.2%.There is no significantly difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Phlegm:The efficiency of Xiao Tongluo group is 58.8%,the efficiency of Huatanquyu group is 50%,and the efficiency western medicine group is 13.2%.There is significantly difference between the Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Western medicine group(P<0.01);There is also significantly difference between Huatanquyu group and Western medicine group(P<0.01),but there is no significantly difference between Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Huatanquyu group(P>0.05).2 The influence on lung functionAfter 8 weeks of treatment,the changes of lung function in each group are as follows:FEV1%pred:There is significantly difference between before and after treatment in the Xiaozheng Tongluo group(P<0.05),but there is no significantly difference between before and after treatment in the Huatanquyu group and Western medicine group(P>0.05).Among the three groups,there is no significantly difference in the variables(P>0.05).FEV1/FVC:There is no significant difference between before and after treatment in the three groups(P>0.05).There is no significantly difference in the variables among the three groups(P>0.05).FEF25%:There is no significant difference between before and after treatment in the three groups(P>0.05).There is no significantly difference in the variables among the three groups(P>0.05).FEF50%:There is significant difference between before and after treatment in the Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Huatanquyu group(P<0.05).There is also significant difference between before and after treatment inWestern medicine group(P<0.05),but after treatment,the scores of FEF50%is lower.Comparingthe variables among the three groups,there is significantly difference between the Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Western medicine group(P<0.05);There is no significantly difference between Huatanquyu group and Western medicine group(P>0.05),and there is no significantly difference between Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Huatanquyu group(P>0.05).FEF75%:There is significantly difference between before and after treatment in the Xiaozheng Tongluo group(P<0.05),but there is no significantly difference between before and after treatment in the Huatanquyu group and Western medicine group(P>0.05).Comparing the variables among the three groups,there is significantly difference between the Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Western medicine group(P<0.05);There is also significantly difference between Huatanquyu group and Western medicine group(P<0.05),but there is no significantly difference between Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Huatanquyu group(P>0.05).3 The influence on the quality of lifeAfter these treatments,comparing the mMRC and CAT scores to the scores before treatments,we find there is significantly difference in every group(P<0.01).Comparing the scores variables among the groups,we can know there issignificantly difference between the Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Western medicine group(P<0.01);There is also significantly difference between Huatanquyu group and Western medicine group(P<0.01),but there is no significantly difference between Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Huatanquyu group(P>0.05).4 the influence on of symptom score(1)the main symptoms and the item symptom:There is significant difference between before and after treatment in the three groups(P<0.01).Comparing the variables among the three groups,there is significantly difference between the Xiaozheng Tongluo group and Western medicine group(P<0.05);There is also significantly difference between Huatanquyu group and Western medicine group(P<0.05),but there is no treatment of Xiaozheng Tongluo can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable COPD,the small airway function to a certain extent,and the quality of life of patients.2.There is
