Effects Of Homemade Enzymes On Soil Nematodes And Microorganisms

Soil nematodes and microorganisms are important biological components in the soil ecosystem,which have a certain impact on the growth of crops and are also important indicators of soil health status.Studying the response changes of soil nematode community structure in different soil depths under the influence of different biological fertilizer schemes is helpful to comprehensively evaluate the impact of biological fertilizers on soil improvement and crop growth.In this experiment,four treatments were set up: homemade fermented bio-extracts,wood vinegar,mixed solution and clean water,spraying treatment liquid as foliar fertilizer.The soil samples of 0-5cm-10 cm soil layers were collected by the five-point sampling method on schedule,for nematode isolation and identification and microbial culture.The plant biomass(Brassica campestris L.ssp.pekinensis)and root system were detected.The result showed:(1)The aboveground biomass of B.rapa was significantly increased after the homemade fermented bio-extracts treatment,27%increasing compared to clean water;The root circumference of the plants was significantly increased 11% after the wood vinegar treatment;the three kinds of liquids can promote the growth of B.rapa.(2)Both fermented bio-extracts and wood vinegar can promote relative abundance of Omnivores-captor/Predator nematodes by 37%?210%compared to control.Fermented bio-extracts caused Plant-Parasite nematodes declining,and the relative abundances in shallow to deep soil layers accounted for 29% to 64%,respectively.All the fermented bio-extracts,wood vinegar and mixture induced predatory/omnivorous nematodes ascending,The relative abundances in the shallow?deep soil layers were 65%?18%,43%?21% and 48%?5%,respectively.That is,the fermented wood vinegar was beneficial to Omnivores-captor/Predator nematodes,but inhibited and drived against Plant-Parasite nematodes.(3)Treatments with homemade fermented bio-extracts,wood vinegar and mixed liquid could significantly reduce the fungal abundance in soil after one month of application(78% shallow ?98%deep,94% shallow ?92% deep,and the fermented bio-extract treatment showed stronger inhibitory effect than other treatments.The three liquids had no long-term effects on bacterial and actinomycete abundance.When used as foliar fertilizers,homemade fermented bio-extracts,wood vinegar and their mixtures can not only promote plant growth,but also enter the soil directly or indirectly,affecting the total number of soil nematodes and the composition and distribution of nutrient groups and microbial community structure.Homemade fermented bio-extracts and wood vinegar can be used as environmentally friendly comprehensive biomass fertilizers for agricultural production.
