Soil salinization is one of the main topics in the study of soil in the world. With the increasing population of the world, the demand for food security is higher and higher.Areas need improvement and utilization of saline-alkali land in China, urgent demand for saline-alkali soil improvement measures and techniques.Biochar as a product of 21st century emerging technologies, made major breakthroughs in many areas of research, because of its wide range of applications, made of cheap and easy environmental protection and so on,with very large potential for application in soil.As a kind of degradable organic acid, the by-product of bio carbon wood vinegar has been widely applied in saline alkali soil, but the research on the improvement of saline alkali soil is relatively short. In this study,Daqing serious soil salinization, low nutrient content, crop growth and other issues can not adapt, select biochar and biochar byproduct of wood vinegar to wild barley as indicator plants,in summer 2016 in Northeast Agricultural University test site potted pot experiment, the impact factor of wood vinegar and administration of study biochar on soil salinization and nutrient key chemical barriers. In order to provide reference for the improvement of saline-alkali soil. The main results are as follows:The application of biochar and bio carbon and wood vinegar could reduce the content of soluble cation Na+/Ca2+/K+/Mg2+ in the soil, and the influence of the two factors on the soluble cations in time was the same.In saline soil sodium adsorption ratio and the total amount of soil detected SAR aspect of cationic TCC,5%biochar and 5%biochar+15 ml/kg wood vinegar treatment was two kinds of indicators reduce the maximum amplitude. The results showed that the treatment effect of wood vinegar was different from that of the other two treatments(biochar, bio carbon and wood vinegar),and the effect of wood vinegar on soil Na+ and K+ was not significant. At the beginning of the experiment, the effect of wood vinegar on Ca2+ was not obvious. With the increase of time, the content of Ca2+ in the treatment group with low amount of wood vinegar had a slight increase trend. The effects of 15 ml/kg on Ca2+ and Mg2+ in soil were affected by several treatments of wood vinegar.Three concentration of pyroligneous acid treatment of saline alkali soil SAR has a slight change, the soil SAR 15 ml/kg wood vinegar processing value decreased most, soil SAR trend and 10ml/kg application amount for early treatment slightly rising trend. In the aspect of soil nutrients, the content of TOC in the two kinds of soil organic matter increased obviously with the high carbon content of biochar.Because of its weak carbon and nitrogen content, the effect of 15 ml on total organic carbon(TOC)in saline alkali soil was better than that of other treatments.Biochar significantly increased the content of soil available nitrogen, but the effect on soil available phosphorus decreased slightly with the increase of application rate. The mixed application of biochar and wood vinegar had positive correlation with AN and available phosphorus AP.Wood vinegar had little effect on AN,but it could promote the decomposition of soil solid phosphorus and increase the content of soil available phosphorus AP.The effect of wood vinegar on soil pH was the most obvious, and the change of soil pH value was negatively correlated with the increase of the amount of wood vinegar and the growth of the test period. The effects of biochar and mixed application of two treatments on soil pH had little change, among which 15 ml/kg wood vinegar and 50 g/kg biochar had a significant change compared with other groups.Overall,we use a mixed saline-alkali soil improvement bio-char and wood vinegar for most saline-alkali soil obstacle factors have very good improvement, but also can improve the available nutrient content of the saline-alkali soil, improve the buffering capacity of the soil,It is one of the effective measures for rational saline-alkali soil improvement.
