For a long time,Chinese cabbage has been the largest vegetable planted in China,and it has the reputation of "leading vegetable" in the vegetable field.Compared with the extremely high planting area,the harvesting technology of Chinese cabbage is very backward,and the harvesting operation basically depends on manual work.According to the actual planting situation of cabbage in my country,this paper designs a cabbage harvester that integrates pulling,root cutting,transmission and collection.According to TRIZ theory to optimize its existing problems.The following is the content of this study:(1)Design and manufacture the overall structure of the Chinese cabbage harvester,and carry out the corresponding field harvesting experiments.The whole structure of Chinese cabbage harvester includes clamping transmission device,root cutting device and transfer transmission device.In order to verify the functions of the cabbage harvester for pulling out,cutting roots and clamping and transferring,carry out harvest tests on it.It shows that the function of clamping transmission basically meets the design requirements,but there are some deficiencies in the functions of extraction and root cutting.(2)Through the TRIZ theory,the problems exposed by the Chinese cabbage harvester in the field test were analyzed,and the related devices were optimized by using the existing contradictions.The extraction device and the transmission device were optimized and analyzed respectively,and the optimized scheme was screened out,and modeling optimized parts with Solidworks.(3)The static analysis of the pulling shovel and the idler is carried out through ANSYS Workbench.Take the limit position for simulation,get its stress,strain and overall deformation at the limit.The results show that the stress generated by the two components is much lower than the yield strength of their own materials,so it can be judged that their stiffness has reached the work requirements.The deformation produced by the two components is so small that it hardly affects the operation.(4)The cutting experiment of Chinese cabbage was carried out.The upper limit of cutting speed was increased by using a motor instead of a hydraulic motor,The root cutting test of harvester head was completed in the laboratory.The results show that the best cutting tool is a disc tooth cutter,the best belt feed speed is 1.04m/s,and the best cutting tool speed is 353r/min.
