| With the rapid development of Io T technology and the rise of "food security" to national strategy,agriculture has put forward higher requirements for grain storage.Only by realizing the development of automation,standardization,integration and digitalization of grain silos can we ensure food security storage and stable and healthy development of agriculture.The traditional grain silo monitoring system has the shortage of slow communication rate,short distance and high power consumption.NB-Io T communication technology has the advantages of low power consumption,wide coverage,low cost and excellent architecture,etc.The adoption of NB-Io T communication technology can better solve these problems of the traditional grain silo monitoring system.First of all,a requirement analysis was conducted for the system,including feasibility analysis,functional requirement analysis and performance requirement analysis,and a detailed analysis of user requirements for system data,functional requirements,and system requirements for performance was conducted to clarify the boundaries of the system.Next,the system hardware architecture and system software functional modules are designed.The hardware architecture consists of controller,operator,input and output devices,including main control module,temperature and humidity monitoring module,display module,NB-Io T module,carbon dioxide detection module,smoke detection module,fan module,heating module,alarm module,etc.,which is responsible for detecting environmental factors such as temperature and humidity,carbon dioxide concentration,smoke condition of the grain bin,and the NB-Io T module is responsible for uploading the monitored data to the cloud platform.The NB-Io T module is responsible for uploading the monitored data to the cloud platform.When a certain environmental factor detected exceeds the set threshold,the control module will start the fan,alarm,heating,etc.,so that the environmental state of the granary always reaches an ideal and stable state.The system software function module partly adopts JAVA programming,the software module includes user management module,warehouse management module and threshold management module,using My SQL as data storage,establishing user management table and warehouse information management table,recording the data collected by the sensor for the main control module to process and pass to the control module for corresponding control operation,the system adopts B/S mode,the user can access the management system through the browser The system adopts B/S mode,users can access the management system through the browser,not only can they view the real-time situation and environmental factors of each granary,but also can add users for management and set the threshold range of each environmental factor.Finally,through the overall joint testing of the soft and hard parts of the system,the monitoring and effective control and management of the grain silos are realized,the problems existing in the traditional grain silos are solved,the objectives of the system design are achieved,and the integration development of the theoretical research and realization technology of the grain silo monitoring system is promoted. |
