| Objective: This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of stem size and row spacing on the yield and quality of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq from different provenances,It can provide reference for scientific planting and high quality production of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.Methods: Fritillaria thunbergii Miq from four different habitats(Dongyang,Pan’an,Nantong,Fengjie,Chongqing)were selected as the research objects.The alkaloids,nucleosides and amino acids in bulbs of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq were determined by UPLC and HPLC,and the results were analyzed.SPSS 20.0 software was used for principal component analysis and correlation analysis.In terms of quality,The alkaloids,nucleosides and amino acids in Fritillaria thunbergii Miq appeared from early seedling stage to wilting stage at different harvest time,According to the calculation of the total yield of the three substances,the wilting period was determined as the best harvest time.It was found that Fritillaria thunbergii Miq with different stem sizes,The contents of total alkaloids and total nucleosides in Fritillaria thunbergii Miq were rich,The content of total amino acids in Fritillaria thunbergii Miq with small particle size was rich;Under the condition of different row spacing,planting Fritillaria thunbergii Miq with smaller row spacing was beneficial to the accumulation of alkaloids and nucleosides;Results: under different stem size and plant density,the difference of the yield and quality of the bulb of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq was significant.In terms of yield,bulblet yield of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq was the highest under the condition of small grain size and small plant row spacing.RS3(20 cm × 20 cm)was beneficial to the accumulation of amino acids.In addition,the quality and yield of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq were significantly different when the introduced provenances were different,When the stem size was different,the alkaloid content of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq was higher in Zhangzhishan town of Nantong City,the nucleoside content of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq was higher in Xinwo town of Pan’an County and Fengping township of Fengjie County,and the amino acid content of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq was higher in Fengping township of Fengjie County;When the planting density was different,alkaloids and nucleosides were the best provenances of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq in Qianxiang Town,Ningbo City,and amino acids were the best provenances in Zhangzhishan Town,Nantong city.Principal component analysis and correlation analysis further prove the above analysis results.Conclusion: Different stem size and row spacing have great influence on the yield and quality of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq from different provenances.We should pay attention to the effect of stem size and planting density on the yield and quality.In the aspect of yield,small stem should be selected as far as possible,and large row spacing should be selected for planting.In terms of quality,large and medium stems and small row spacing in Ningbo and Nantong provenances were beneficial to the accumulation of alkaloids and nucleosides in Fritillaria thunbergii Miq;The stems of Fengjie and Nantong races and the large spacing between plants and rows were beneficial to the accumulation of amino acids in Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. |
