ObjectiveIn 2017 and 2018,0 kg·hm-2,80 kg·hm-22 and 160 kg·hm-22 were treated with different potassium application rates under the condition of medium and low potassium soil.The varieties were selected as Zhebei1(narrow leaf variety)and Duozibei(wide leaf variety)which are widely used in the market and have different photosynthetic performance.To study the differences in biomass,potassium concentration,potassium accumulation and distribution,soil potassium content,potassium utilization efficiency,yield and effective component content of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.bulb under different potassium application amounts,to analyze the biomass accumulation and distribution law,potassium accumulation and distribution law of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.,to explore the difference of yield and quality of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.,under different potassium application amount,to explore the relationship between different plant potassium concentrations and plant biomass accumulation and potassium accumulation.The effects of soil potassium content on the yield of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.were studied by studying the difference of soil potassium content under different potassium application rates.Method1.The effects of different potassium application rates on the accumulation and distribution of biomass of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.and the formation of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.yield were analyzed through the determination of biomass and yield.2.The contents of peimine and peiminine were determined by high performance liquid chromatography,and the effects of different potassium application rates on the quality of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.during harvest period were explored.3.The plants were Potassium content and soil potassium content,to explore the accumulation and distribution of potassium under different potassium application rates,and changes in soil potassium content,analysis of plant and soil potassium content on Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.growth and development,yield and quality.4.Calculate plant potassium use efficiency and analyze the effects of different potassium application rates on potassium use efficiency.Result1.There were significant differences in biomass and yield of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.under different k application rates,among which the biomass under 80 kg·hm-22 k application rate was the highest,followed by 160 kg·hm-22 k application rate,and the lowest without k application rate.The results showed that the biomass and yield of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.were significantly increased by potassium application,and the yield of Zhebei1 was higher than Duozibei,the total biomass accumulation of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.was in line with Logistic curve,and the effect of potassium application on the total biomass was more significant.Compared with no k application,the yield of Zhebei1(80kg·hm-2)increased by 21.19%and 16.60%,and Duozibei increased by 33.10%and 25.70%,respectively.The yield of Zhebei1(160 kg·hm-2)increased by 8.60%and 8.54%,respectively,and Duozibei increased by 17.16%and 14.99%,respectively.The improvement was more significant in Duozibeiei.K for Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.bulb each organ has remarkable effect on the biomass allocation k to lower leaf biomass/total plant biomass,influence degree80 kg·hm-22 k quantity>160 kg·hm-22 k,k no significant influence on the stem biomass/total plant biomass,k make the bulb higher biomass/total plant biomass,influence degree 80kg·hm-22 k quantity>160 kg·hm-22 k quantity.The reason of increasing biomass and yield of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.by potassium application is this.2.Potassium application can improve the contents of peimine and peiminine,the main effective components of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.,and the total contents of them.There was a significant increase in Duozibei,but in Zhebei1.80 kg·hm-22 k quantity processing peimine and peiminine combined to improve the most significant,160 kg·hm-22 k quantity processing times,compared with no k.Compared with no k application,the total content of peimine and peiminine with 80 kg·hm-22 k application increased by 18.38%and 17.69%,respectively,of which peimine increased by19.32%and 15.05%,respectively,and peiminine increased by 16.67%and 25.93%,respectively.3.With the increase of k application amount,the content of available k in soil and slow available k in soil also increased,and the plant k concentration also increased.There was a significant difference in plant k accumulation under different k application amounts.Among them,80 kg·hm-2,followed by 160 kg·hm-22 and the lowest without k application,showed that k application could increase the total k accumulation of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.bulb.Different amount of k application under significant differences plant potassium accumulation amount,of which 80 kg·hm-22 k quantity of plant total potassium accumulation amount,the largest quantity of 160 kg·hm-22 k times,not k minimum,shows that k can make Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.plant total potassium accumulation amount increases.K has significant effects on distribution of plant potassium accumulation,k to lower lobe of k uptake accounted,influence degree 80 kg·hm-22 k quantity processing more than 160kg·hm-22 k quantity,there are significant differences,k no significant influence on the stem of k uptake accounted,k make the bulb of k uptake accounted,influence degree 80 kg·hm-22 k quantity processing more than 160 kg·hm-22 k quantity processing,significant differences.The order of potassium uptake in each part was:leaf>bulb>stem.4.K partial productivity,improve the Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.potash potassium harvest index,potassium utilization rate and k absorption efficiency,potassium apparent recovery,80 kg·hm-22 k quantity processing were higher than 160 kg·hm-22 k quantity,and 160 kg·hm-22 k quantity is higher than not k,k the balance of potassium in the soil-crop apparent coefficient increases,and potassium in the soil-crop apparent loss quantity is positive,and the amount of k,the greater the increase,the more obvious role.Conclusion1.The biomass and yield of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.with 80 kg·hm-2applied amount were the largest.Compared with 160 kg·hm-22 applied amount,the dry matter accumulation and distribution of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.could be affected by potassium application,which increased the biomass distribution of bulb and thus increased the yield.2.Potassium application could improve the content of active components in Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.,but had no significant effect on Zhebei1,but on Duozibeiei.3.According to the results,there was a positive correlation between the yield of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.bulb and soil potassium content,and a significant positive correlation between the yield and plant potassium accumulation.Based on wither from emergence to this period of growth.Based on a certain range(15.3-36.1mg·g-1)during the growth period from seedling emergence to wilting,there was a significant negative correlation between plant biomass and plant potassium concentration,and plant potassium concentration and soil k content was significantly positive correlation,the greater the amount of k,the higher the soil potassium content,and the higher plant potassium concentration,during the reproductive period plant potassium concentration,the higher it is bad for dry matter accumulation,so the quantity of80 kg·hm-22 k production is the highest.4.Potassium application can effectively increase soil potassium content,improve soil potassium status,and then increase plant potassium accumulation.The utilization efficiency of 80 kg·hm-22 potassium application is higher than160 kg·hm-2.
