Heilongjiang Province is the main rice production base in China,which takes on the important task of national granary.However,Heilongjiang Province is located in the cold region,with large temperature difference between day and night.In order to ensure the quality of rice production,in the process of rice growth,it is necessary to cultivate rice seedlings in the greenhouse,so as to ensure that the environmental factors of rice in the seedling stage remain in the range conducive to seedling growth.With the development of science and technology,the management of greenhouse is gradually combined with Internet of things,computer and other technologies,and a number of modern greenhouse intelligent management technologies have been developed.However,the application of greenhouse management system in regional rice seedling cultivation in cold regions is still relatively lacking.Therefore,this paper analyzes the development status and trend of intelligent greenhouse at home and abroad,summarizes the relevant technical experience of greenhouse at home and abroad,and designs a set of cold rice seedling management system based on ZigBee wireless transmission technology,relying on ARM development board and embedded Linux system architecture.In this paper,based on the previous research results of intelligent greenhouse system,the following research work is carried out for rice seedling management system in severe cold area(1)Aiming at the monitoring and control of environmental factors in the process of seedling greenhouse management,a set of lower computer monitoring and equipment controller for rice seedling management system in cold region was designed.The design of acquisition terminal node is based on the combination of sensor and CC2530 chip.The core board uses arm8 core embedded s5pv210 processor to develop the gateway.It is connected with LCD touch display,coordinator,actuator and USB camera,and equipped with various terminal interfaces.The control device is connected to each port of the actuator.Each controller can switch between manual control mode and automatic control mode,and the control device is completed through the touch screen When the standby switch is activated,the relevant threshold parameters can also be preset.The gateway connects with each sensor acquisition terminal through the coordinator,controls the sensor to collect and upload the environmental parameters during the rice seedling raising period,and displays the real-time monitoring data and historical data on the screen interface.(2)Using ZigBee network technology,the coordinator,actuator and sensor are operated by ZigBee network.The sensor is designed as a wireless data acquisition terminal based on ZigBee protocol through code burning.The star ZigBee network with coordinator as the core is constructed,which realizes the data acquisition of air temperature,air humidity,soil temperature,soil humidity,carbon dioxide,illumination and so on The collection work of the system.(3)In the aspect of upper computer software design,through comparison and selection,the embedded Linux system is built on arm8 development board,which mainly completes the configuration,cutting and transplantation of u-boot boot loader,Linux kernel and root file system.QT is used to realize the display of human-computer interaction interface on touch screen,and five modules are designed,including control module,real-time data module,historical data module,setting module and monitoring module.Through the monitoring and control experiment in the seedling greenhouse on the farm,it shows that the management system can monitor the internal environmental factors of the seedling greenhouse for a long time,the data transmission stability is good,the host computer display interface is clear and accurate,the operation is convenient,and the executive controller can adjust the environment of the seedling greenhouse automatically in time to ensure the normal growth of rice seedlings.The system has high degree of automation,can reduce labor costs,and is conducive to improve the growth quality of seedlings.It provides some ideas and reference for the application of Internet of things and intelligent control technology in the field of rice seedling management in cold region.
