The experiment was carried out in the open field cultivation area of the experimental base of the Agricultural College of Heilongjiang Bayi Land Reclamation University from April to July2019.In the experiment,the pea variety"Zhong Wan 6"was used as the test material,and the Trichoderma harzianum chlamydospore powder with a concentration of 3.5×10~8cfu/g was used for the test treatment,and the powder was applied in a hole.There are 4 test treatments in the experiment.The amount of chlamydospores of Trichoderma harzianum is 1,2,4,and 8 g,respectively,and the control is not applied with Trichoderma.By measuring the morphological indexes of pea seedling stage and the five stages of pea seedling stage,vine stage,flowering stage,pod-setting stage and maturity stage,the material accumulation index,physiological index,stress resistance index and yield component index are studied to study Trichoderma The physiological effects of chlamydomonas spores on the growth and development of pea,and the physiological mechanism of chlamydia spores on the formation of pea yield.Through experimental research,technical measures are provided for the high-quality and high-yield of peas,and it also has a certain supplementary effect for the high-yield mechanism of peas.At the same time,it provides technical support and theoretical basis for the rational use of Trichoderma chlamydia spores for high-yield cultivation techniques,provides technical support for the development and utilization of Trichoderma fungal agents,and also has a certain guiding role in reducing fertilizers in agricultural production.The test results are as follows:1.The application rate of Trichoderma harzianum chlamydosporium spore powder under the treatments of 1,2,4,and 8 g significantly promoted the plant height,stem thickness,root volume,leaf area,root length,root coefficient and other indicators of pea seedlings.In the seedling stage of pea,the treatment of 8 g/hole of Trichoderma harzianum chlamydra spores has the best promotion effect on the morphological indicators of pea seedlings.The seedlings of pea under the treatment of 8 g/hole have plant height,stem thickness,root volume,leaf area and root length.The numbers are 36.49%,52.45%,46.67%,68.92%,48.86%higher than CK respectively.In the seedling stage of pea,the treatment of 2 g of chlamydomenia harzianum spores per hole had the best effect on promoting the root coefficient of pea seedlings.The root coefficient of pea seedlings under the treatment of 2 g/hole was 12%higher than that of CK.2.The application rate of Trichoderma harzianum chlamydosporium spore powder under the treatments of 1,2,4,and 8 g significantly promoted the accumulation of dry and fresh weight of peas above ground,and dry and fresh weight of underground.At the seedling stage of pea,the treatment with 8 g of T.harzianum chlamydra spores/hole had the best promotion effect on the substance accumulation index of pea;the treatment of 4 g of T.harzianensis chlamyscilla spores/hole had the best promotion effect on the substance accumulation index of pea during the peas The best;pea flowering period,pod setting period,maturity period,the treatment of 2 g chlamydomonas harzianum spores per hole has the best promotion effect on pea material accumulation index.In the pea maturity period,the fresh weight of underground,aboveground fresh weight,underground dry weight,and aboveground dry weight of peas under the treatment of 2 g/hole were 117.80%,167.56%,120.24%,172.35%higher than CK respectively.3.The application rate of Trichoderma harzianum chlamydosporium spore powder in the treatment of 1,2,4,8 g,the chlorophyll content,nitrate nitrogen content,reducing sugar content,sucrose content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,free amino acid content,Physiological indicators such as nitrate reductase activity,root vitality,root absorption area and root active absorption area all significantly promoted.In the seedling stage of pea,the treatment with 8 g of T.harzianum chlamydra spores per hole has the best promotion effect on the physiological indexes of pea;the treatment of 4 g of T.harzianensis chlamydra spores per hole has the best promotion effect on the physiological indexes of pea;During the flowering period,pod setting period,and maturity period,the treatment of 2 g chlamydomonas harzianum spores per hole had the best promotion effect on the physiological indicators of pea.During the pea maturity period,the chlorophyll content,nitrate nitrogen content,reducing sugar content,sucrose content,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,free amino acid content,nitrate reductase activity,root activity,root absorption area and The active absorption area of root system was 41.30%,101.58%,85.77%,69.62%,82.75%,66.36%,50%,113.45%,47.04%,213.06%and 202.47%higher than CK respectively.4.The application rate of Trichoderma harzianum chlamydosporium spore powder in the hole is treated with 1,2,4,and 8 g,which can affect pea superoxide dismutase,peroxidase activity,catalase activity,ascorbate peroxidase activity,and polyphenols.In the seedling stage of pea,the treatment of 8 g chlamydomonas harzianum spores per hole had the best promotion effect on the physiological indexes of pea;in the vine-drawing stage of pea,when 4 g/hole,the promotion effect on the resistance index of pea was the best,which was significantly higher than the others Each treatment:pea flowering period,pod setting period,and mature period,when 2g/hole,the promotion effect on the resistance index of pea is the best.At the maturity stage of peas,the activities of superoxide dismutase,peroxidase,catalase,ascorbate peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase under 2 g/hole treatment were 51.40%,69.02%,77.03%,51.97%and49.80%higher than those of CK,respectively.5.The application rate of Trichoderma harzianum chlamydomonas spore powder in the hole was treated with 1,2,4,and 8 g,which significantly promoted the content of pea malondialdehyde and proline.Increase,the content of malondialdehyde and proline in the seedling stage of pea showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the content of malondialdehyde and proline of pea in the other stages showed a trend of first increasing,then decreasing and then increasing.In the seedling stage of pea,8 g/hole reduced the malondialdehyde content and proline content of pea most significantly;during the vine-pumping period,4 g/hole reduced the malondialdehyde content and proline content of pea most significantly;pea flowering and pod-setting stage,At maturity,2 g/hole reduces the content of malondialdehyde and proline of pea most significantly.In the mature stage of pea,the malondialdehyde and proline content of pea under the treatment of 2 g/hole were 56.21%and80.24%higher than that of CK,respectively.6.The application rate of Trichoderma harzianum chlamydosporium spore powder in the hole was treated with 1,2,4,8 g,and the number of peas per unit area,the number of pods per plant,the number of seeds per pod,the weight of 100 seeds,and the yield of seeds per plant were all has a significant promotion effect.During pea maturity,the treatment of 2 g chlamydosporium harzianum spores per hole has the best promotion effect on pea yield.The number of pea per unit area,the number of pods per plant,the number of seeds per pod,and the weight of 100 seeds under the treatment of 2 g/hole,The grain yield per plant was 56%,86.36%,47.37%,16.11%,217.55%higher than CK respectively.
