On The Effects And The Mechanisms Of Growth Promoting Of Trichoderma Harzianum To Plant

Trichoderma spp belong to the fungi in Deuteromycotina.They generally exist in the world.Trichoderma harziaiarum is not only a kind of biological control fungus that has been studied extensively,but also plays a role in promoting plant growth. However,the mechanism of promoting plant growth isn't clear to date.It is important to to research its effects on plant and the mechanisms of promoting plant growth..In the exeprements,the effects of promoting plant growth and the mechanism of TH-1 isolate in T.harzianum were studied.The results were as belows.1.The effects of TH-1 isolate in T.harzianum in promoting plant-growthThere were two schemes that were used in studying the effect of promoting plant growth.The first is about the effects of zymolytic liquid of T.harziaiarum.The results showed that 10 times to 100 times dilute zymolytic liquid has a relatively notable promoting role to cabbage,spinach and capsicum.It promoted the aboveground fresh weight and increased the content of chlorophyll and the nitrate-deoxidize activity of cabbage,spinach and capsicum.The second is the effects of soil treated with T.harziaiarum on plant.The results demonstrated the obvious plant-growth-promoting effect of TH-1 isolate in T.harzianum.Treatment -M+T promoted in evidence the growth of cabbage,spinach and capsicum compared to Treatment -M-T.Treatment +M+T promoted notably the growth of those plants compared to Treatment +M-T and +M+S.Treatment +M-T and +M+S improved the aboveground fresh weight in evidence compared to -M-T.But the content of chlorophyll and the nitrate reeducate activity of Treatment +M-T and +M+S were much less than that of-M-T.All those show that only the living T.harzianum has the effect of promoting-plant-growth.2.The mechanism of plant-growth-promoting of TH-1 isolate in T.harzianumSeveral experiments were conducted to determine the phytohormone in zymolytic liquid,the changes of plants resistance and the interaction between T. harzianum and other microbes.The results showed that the T.harzianum could induce the resistance of cabbage,spinach and capsicum,and there were interaction between T. harzianum and other microbes in soil,but the experiment can't prove whether there was any of the phytohormone or not in the zymolytic liquid.Compared to CK,the zymolytic liquid increased distinctly the content of prolin,the polyphenol oxidase activity and the polyphenol oxidase activity in those plants from 10 times to 500 times. The results above proved that the zymolytic liquid of T.harzianurn can increase plant resistance,and it made for promoting growth of the plants.Compared to Treatment -M-T,Treatment -M+T heightend obviously the content of prolin,and increased the polyphenol oxidase activity and the polyphenol oxidase activity in the tested plants.Those physiological and biochemical elements in -M+T are higher than those in +M+T,while those elements in +M-T and +M+S were much less than those in -M-T.The amount of Actinomycete,Lactobacillus and Photosynthetic bacteria increased obviously,but the number of yeast decreased significantly.The amount of the T.harzianurn in -M+T is much lower than Treatment +M+T.All those show that the T.harzianum has an interaction with microbes in soil,and the interaction was one of the reasons for promoting plant growth of TH-1 isolate in T.harzianurn.
