In the process of compacting the artificial board,the corn stalk core is soft and elastic,To a certain extent,it influences the compressive strength and the internal binding strength of the board.Therefore,the corn stalk core is sifted before mixing the corn stalk core with the adhesive to further enhance the performance of the board.This paper mainly studies the compression molding process of corn stalk core feed block and the effect of microbial fermentation on the compression molding of corn stalk core.This technology can solve the problems of loose structure of corn stalk core and inconvenience of transportation and storage.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The test of corn stalk core material properties.Through the analysis of material composition and particle size gradation test,it is found that the material has five main forms,among which the content of corn stalk is the most and the diameter of most of the components is between 0.7mm and 2mm.Then,voidage and apparent density of corn stalk core were tested by the comprehensive material characteristic tester.The test shows that it has the characteristics of large dispersion,large porosity and poor fluidity.(2)Using different influence factors,test the compression molding of the corn stalk core feed block.The test indexes are the radial compressive strength and the 24 hour expansion rate of the feed block,and the main parameters,including the water content,the compression stress and the compression speed,are tested and studied.The influence rule of corn stalk core compression molding was studied and analyzed,and microbial treatment and adding concentrate were carried out to further improve the compression effect of feed block.(3)The optimization of the compression molding process parameters of the corn stalk core feed block.the orthogonal experiment design of four factors and five levels was carried out with the test factors of water content,compression stress,the treatment of corn stalk core and the addition ratio of concentrated feed,with the radial compressive strength of the feed block and the 24 h expansion rate as the test indexes.The results showed that it could promote the formation of straw pulp to some extent,no matter microbial fermentation or enzymatic hydrolysis.The corn stalk core feed block after forming the radial compressive strength as the test index,the effects of various factors on the radial compressive strength of feed block were:moisture content > corn stalk core treatment > concentrate feed ratio > Compressive stress.When the corn stalk core is treated with galactoenzyme,adding 50% essence and controlling its water content of about 15.6%,the compression stress of 24.05 MPa can be used to press the straw pulp material,and the feed block with better radial compressive strength can be obtained.;The corn stalk core after compression molding 24 h expansion coefficient astest index,order of various factors affecting were: moisture content > Compressive stress corn stalk > core treatment > concentrate feed,when the moisture content is controlled at 18.8%,the compressive stress is 24.05 MPa,the effect of galactose enzyme treatment and adding 50%concentrate is best.From the test results,the results are as follows:Enzymatic hydrolysis of corn stalk core,especially galactose and laccase,can enhance radial compressive strength to a certain extent,with the addition of a certain proportion of fine material,the better forming feed blocks can be obtained,which not only makes the feed block better,but also improves the nutrient content of the corn stalk core feed block.
