Glycine Max(L).Merry is an important of oil and economic crop in China,it provide a large number of protein and lipid source to the human.In recent years,due to the economic crops,such as corn?rice,have high yield and the price rise gradually,it cause decrease the area of soybean in Heilongjiang province year and year.Simultaneous,the domestic demand number of soybean is increasing,it lead to increasing the import number of soybean.Under the dual factors effect of at home and abroad,the cropping pattern had changed significantly in Heilongjiang province and the phenomenon of soybean continuous cropping became prominent.Long-term continuous cropping of soybean can cause change the microbial flora of rhizosphere soil,gather the harm metabolites and change the activity of soil enzyme.Therefore,it is time to explore the efficient,low-consumption and environment-friendly method to repair soil.Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi is a kind of reciprocal symbionts have the properties of plant root and microbial in the soil ecosystem.AMF can build a symbiotic relationship with land vascular plants promote the root to absorb the moisture and mineral elements and enhance the stress ability of resistance to drought,saline and heavy metal.As a result,AMF play an important role in maintaining the stability of ecosystem diversity and micro ecological system.The trial selected two different resistant varieties of root rot HN48(infect)and HN66(resistance),respectively,and the dominant AM fungi of continuous croppingFunneliformis mosseae was inoculated to 0 year continuous cropping soil?1years continuous cropping soil and 3years continuous cropping soil in the potting,while sated the control group(no inoculated F.mosseae).The morphological observation method was determinated to the toot rot incidence of different continuous cropping year and different soybean variety.GC-MS was measured to the type and abundant of root exudate in the root and soil of different continuous cropping year and different soybean variety,while R and SIMCA-p software was analyzed the differences metabolites.The drying method and weighing method was measured to the biomass of different continuous cropping year and different soybean variety.The analyzer of soil was measured to the physical and chemical of rhizosphere soil in the different continuous cropping year and different soybean variety.The result of trial showed that: 1)with the continuous cropping year was extended,the incidence of root rot was increased year by year in the control group-C3 > C1 > C0.The incidence of root rot in the treatment groups was significantly low compared to the control groups after inoculated with F.mosseae,while the incidence of root rot and the resistant effect of F.mosseae had significant difference in different soybean cultivars.2)the root exudate mainly include hydrocarbons,esters,benzene,naphthalene,alcohols and acids in the different continuous cropping year and different soybean variety,.After inoculated with F.mosseae,compared with control group,the root excudate types remained unchanged,but abundance value change in the treatment group of different continuous cropping year and different soybean variety.And the differences metabolites are hydrocarbons,esters and acids in the control and treatment group.Different soybean varieties have different metabolite type and abundance.3)with the continuous cropping year was extended,the soybean biomass was decreased year by year in the control group-C3 > C1 > C0.The soybean biomass in the treatment groups was significantly high compared to the control groups after inoculated with F.mosseae,while the effect of F.mosseae to enhance the soybean biomass had significant difference in different soybean cultivars.4)with the continuous cropping year was extended,the physical and chemical of rhizosphere soil was decreased year by year in the control group-C3 > C1 > C0.The physical and chemical of rhizosphere soil in the treatment groups was significantly high compared to the control groups after inoculated with F.mosseae,while the effect of F.mosseae to repair the rhizosphere soil had significant difference in different soybean cultivars.The study provided a preliminary research foundation that AM fungi was applied to ease the root rot occur of continuous cropping soybean and explored the AM inoculums to restore the obstacle of continuous cropping.
