Abstract/Summary:
There are serious continuous cropping obstacles Lilium brownii var.viridulum in Shaoyang. In this paper, Lilium brownii var.viridulum continuous cropping soil pH, nutrients, changes in microbial composition and lily root exudates identified were studied,and screened for continuous cropping obstacles subduction soil conditioners, fungicides and fertilizers, in order to explore the mechanism and its control measures longiflorum provide a scientific basis for the disorder even, contents and results are as follows:1 Lilium brownii var.viridulum continuous cropping soil pH showed:Shaoyang Longhui Lilium brownii var.viridulum cultivation area of pH is between 4 and 5, is acid soil; lily continuous cropping 3a land< Lily continuous cropping 2a land<non-lily continuous cropping;2 Lilium brownii var.viridulum continuous cropping soil nutrients showed:Lily continuous cropping of each nutrient in addition to potassium, the rest were lower than before the rice land. Full NPK levels:Lily continuous cropping< Lily non-continuous cropping; effective phosphorus and potassium:Lily continuous cropping> continuous cropping non-lily.3 Lilium brownii var.viridulum even study microorganisms for soil showed that:after the soil using ITS sequence six different places of identification found lily continuous cropping in an increase in the number of fungi and species, measured the known specific genera of fungi,71 species, and with Penicillium (6.11%) and Fusarium (2.76%) mainly; later was identified by 16S sequences found lily continuous cropping of bacteria and other types of relatively small samples, the measured specific bacteria of the genus known 151 species of lactic acid Streptococcus (25.71%) based.4 Lilium brownii var.viridulum root exudates GC-MS assay results showed:Lily organic hydroponic solution and tissue culture media is the main root exudates esters, alkanes, amides and aldehydes. As measured by pH Lilium brownii var.viridulum hydroponic solution pH 5.2, acidic.5 Several screening agents and fertilizers used to cut longiflorum continuous cropping obstacles, results showed that:Compared with the control experiment, the Tian Zetu and Merlot can improve lily continuous cropping soil pH; in flowering and bulb enlargement of continuous cropping lily Tian Merlot can increase soil organic matter content; biological control agent can effectively improve the lily continuous cropping soil phosphorus and potassium full and effective NPK content. In general, you can use Ze Tian Merlot and to improve soil pH to continuous cropping lily with Tian Merlot and biocontrol agents to improve even as Lily soil nutrient content and control the occurrence of Lily Botrytis and anthracnose.These results indicate that continuous cropping obstacle longiflorum is caused by a combination factors, and its mechanism is: ① lily in the growth process, and its roots can secrete a variety of organic compounds to the soil acid; ② acidic soils on the one hand the destruction of lily absorb soil nutrients, so that normal growth was inhibited lily, on the other hand acid soils conducive to fungal growth and reproduction, resulting in serious fungal diseases during the lily growth, yield and quality have been seriously affected. ③ Continuous planting lily Aralia, will continue to soil acidification, caused by continuous cropping obstacle.Screening soil regulators, fungicides and fertilizers will help improve basic longiflorum continuous cropping soil pH and nutrients, and reduces fungal diseases Aralia lily, lily enhance yield and quality.
