Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Government Support On Enterprise Innovation Performanc

While the world is paying attention to China's remarkable achievements in the fields of economy,science and technology,the increasing shortage of domestic energy resources and environmental pollution have attracted the attention of all walks of life.With its huge advantages in terms of energy mix adjustment and air quality improvement,new energy vehicles have attracted great national attention and have been identified as one of the strategic development industries.The technology-intensive industries,which are still in the initial stage of development have higher requirements on the R?D and innovation capabilities of enterprises.In order to achieve the rapid development of the industry,it is essential that enterprises themselves pay attention to R?D and innovation,while the corresponding industrial support policies are also indispensable.The adjustment of industrial structure depends on government guidance,and the rapid and high-quality development of emerging industries cannot be achieved without the support of the government,which is the best candidate to achieve the efficient and rational allocation of public resources.The specific support means studied in this paper mainly include government subsidies,tax incentives and government procurement.Different government subsidies and government procurement play a positive role in the initial stage of the industry,but as the industry develops gradually towards stability and maturity,government subsidies,mainly monetary subsidies,gradually decline,the share of turnover generated by public demand driven by government procurement decreases after stimulating private demand to open up the market,while tax incentives gradually come into play.Thus,it is necessary to study the impact of government support policies on the innovation performance of this industry.The paper firstly introduces the implemantation of government subsidies,tax incentives and government procurement incentives for BYD,a representative company in the new energy vehicle industry,and compares the impact of different government support policies on BYD's innovation performance,including their effects and mechanisms.These lead to the following conclusions:Different government support measures can improve BYD's innovation performance to a certain extent,but their effects are different.The goverment subsidies focus on achieving independent innovation through direct resources supply and indirect stimulation of innovation power,tax incentives focus on improving the innovation system,making up the innovation details in the industrial chain and optimizing the innovation behavior of enterprises.Besides taking into account the above functions,government procurement also optimizes the interactive mode of production and sales relationship,and matched combination of support methods complement and coordinate each other to jointly help enterprises improve their innovation ability and innovation performance.
