With the increasing development of the global economy and the improvement of people's living standards,the demand for heating in winter is increasing.The limited coverage of collective heating has led to the problem that some areas are unable to provide centralized heating,which puts forward higher requirements for the flexibility of heating.In order to meet the flexible heating needs of small and medium-sized enterprises and families outside the scope of central heating,it is necessary to use the small power heat pump system as the heat source,and establish a perfect data storage and communication environment for support.This paper studies and designs the heat pump measurement and control system,develops the hardware circuit and software program of the measurement and control system,and realizes the energy-saving operation of the heat pump measurement and control system.The main work and research results are as follows:(1)On the basis of the existing heat pump unit control scheme,a heat pump measurement and control system scheme using microcontroller is proposed.The wireless communication technology is used to realize the data communication between the heat pump and the server.All the data of the system are uploaded to the server through the network.The interconnection between the heat pump system at any time,at any ground point,and between people is realized.The users and maintenance personnel can obtain the working status of the heat pump in real time.(2)In terms of system software,hardware and control algorithm,the control system is composed of microcontroller design,which replaces the control system with PLC as the core,effectively reducing the system cost and reducing the space occupation of the control system.The on-off control scheme of compressor,circulating pump and fan of heat pump is improved.Frequency converter and speed regulation module are used for equipment speed regulation.The control method is designed for continuous speed regulation control to realize on-demand operation.(3)The database and service software development of the heat pump measurement and control information system are completed,the transmission and storage records of the heat pump measurement and control system information are realized,and the real-time data viewing,remote control and historical data query are realized.(4)The test experiment of the measurement and control system is completed.The system normally collects the temperature and pressure information of the system,records the state of the heat pump,realizes the speed control of the compressor,circulating pump and fan,and realizes the continuous control of the opening of the electronic expansion valve.The measured results show that the control effect of the system is good and the target function is realized.
