The development and utilization of energy is the fundamental to promote the development of human civilization.In the context of the national framework of the modern energy system,a variety of clean energy extraction and utilization technologies emerge in an endless stream.Among them,the water source heat pump air conditioning system is one of the important ways to extract and utilize geothermal clean energy in the modern energy system.Water source heat pump system through the extraction of shallow water source to the heat pump unit for energy conversion extraction,so as to achieve summer cooling,winter heating function.At present,the technical research of water source heat pump system mainly focuses on two aspects.One is to study how to manufacture heat pump units with high efficiency and strong applicability from the structure and matching.Second,from the system control,how to use advanced control technology in the process of operation to improve the efficiency of the system.At present,the optimization of the control system will be the breakthrough point to improve the efficiency of the system when the structure of the heat pump itself cannot achieve outstanding results.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the control system of water source heat pump.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,through a brief analysis of the hardware composition and working principle of the water source heat pump system,and a summary of the current situation of domestic and foreign technology research,the feasibility of applying the advanced adaptive control method is proposed in view of the characteristics of the heat pump system,such as pure lag,large delay,non-linearity and multi-interference.Then,based on the unit and pump model for identification and application SIMULINK tool model building and simulation analysis,optimal energy efficiency in the process of simulation analysis for the final control objectives,system control model is established,and puts forward the optimal target for the return water temperature difference of variable flow rate adaptive fuzzy PID control method,control parameters in the model through the forecasting methods to capture and dynamic adjustment,through the fuzzy PID controller to realize the pump speed control,which makes the system by controlling the flow for the return water temperature difference in the optimal set value,realize the goal of system optimization operation.Finally,in view of the circulation pump,heat pump units,dynamic characteristics of an adaptive predictive control method,the heat pump system to control actual temperature difference and flow control Settings are consistent,and according to the for return water circulating pump running frequency of temperature adjustment,has solved the traditional control mode of collaborative difference,high energy consumption,poor stability problems.Through a practical engineering project structures,programmable controller(PLC)hardware platform,the application of POFINET bus and field bus communication mode to realize the distributed remote I/O Lord and instrument communication,according to the technological process of heat pump units,water pumps,valves and automatic and linkage control of auxiliary equipment,through the bus communication,implement the system in the process of the key state data acquisition,processing,monitoring,fault diagnosis and timely,alarm and display,and other functions.At the same time,the application of IPC remote monitoring system,system data monitoring,remote control,data storage and energy analysis,so as to further improve the overall system operating efficiency.In the actual case,the overall energy efficiency of the system is taken as the analysis basis,and the horizontal comparison of energy efficiency with the conventional control method in a working week is made.The energy saving effect of nearly 5% is obtained,which greatly improves the overall operation economy of the water source heat pump system.This control method can be popularized and applied in similar equipment and systems.
