As an basic building material,sintered wall materials have the characteristics of heat insulation,sound insulation,long life that help improve the quality of buildings.Sintered wall materials can consume a large amount of waste resources such as coal gangue,fly ash,construction waste,sludge,etc and this industry is developing in the direction of waste reuse,energy conservation and emission reduction.As the production process of sintered wall materials gradually matures,enterprises need to grasp the operation of the production line in time to improve production fluidity and flexibility.However,many medium-sized wall material production enterprises still have many problems in production management,such as poor correlation of data information in the production process,lack of management of data nodes in the transfer between different production processes,and unable to clarify the specific data involved in the production process.These methods of management without production data information are very likely to lead to low equipment utilization extensive production problems such as incoherent production process and delayed production plan.In order to solve the problems existing in the current production mode,this thesis has carried out data analysis and research for collaborative management of sintering wall material production process,analyzed a large number of data involved in sintering wall material production process,clarified the relationship between data,built a sintering wall material production system model based on Petri net technology,and developed a data-based production process collaborative management system.The logical sorting and preliminary application of data in the production process of sintered wall materials were realized.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the investigation of cooperative enterprises,taking the sintered perforated brick production line as the main research object,this thesis analyzed the process flow and requirements of the sintered wall material production system.According to the characteristics of sintered wall material production management,this thesis analyzed and calculated the actual production capacity of the main process equipment in the production process and the production time consumption of each process.(2)The production system model of sintered wall material was established by using efficient Petri net technology.By abstracting the production process into visual graphics and logical relations,the material flow and information flow in the production process of sintered wall material were further clarified.The system characteristics were studied by using reachable identification diagram,incidence matrix,equation of state and invariant analysis method,The performance index of sintering wall material production system was solved by using the time factor of material state change.(3)The source,type and form of data information in the production process of sintered wall materials was studied,the key data of each production process were refined,the data association relationship was analyzed by using the entity-connection model,and the data threshold and reference operation procedures of production process parameters were given,which provided a data basis for the system to realize collaborative management.(4)The collaborative management mode was studied,combined with the modern production concept and the current situation of the industry,the overall planning of the collaborative management system for the production process of sintered wall materials was carried out.According to the actual production environment of the cooperative enterprise,a three-dimensional visual model was built to realize the visualization of the production process,clarifies the management indicators of each process,and analyzed the main factors that require collaborative management of each process.The system carried out process management and abnormal monitoring based on data threshold and operating procedures,completed the analysis and sequencing of production orders according to the production line capacity and brick formula,and made an application in combination with the current situation of enterprise production management,so as to improve the production performance and production efficiency.
