With the increasing number of VUCA scenarios,our country's construction industry is facing huge challenges.In addition,the performance of our country's construction industry has been sluggish for a long time,and the internal and external environment of construction projects has become more complex and fuller of crises,urging construction project organizations to continuously seek the best management model to Improve project performance.However,due to the continuous failure of traditional project management models,project governance centered on relationship governance gradually shows competitive advantages.Therefore,combined with the actual situation of our country's construction industry,how to quickly discover and find out under the requirements of our country's high-quality development strategy All the specific governance mechanisms that help improve the performance of construction projects have become a problem that our country's construction industry has to think about.In fact,the process of improving the performance of construction projects by the relationship governance between organizations is not smooth sailing.On the one hand,all project participants can effectively improve the performance of construction projects through special mechanisms under the constraints of relationship norms.On the other hand,the impact of relationship governance on the performance of construction projects the mechanism is unclear.In addition,the opportunistic behavior of the project participants and the impact of the unfavorable external environment will damage the entire governance mechanism.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the resilience factor into the relationship governance mechanism.On the one hand,it reduces the tendency of opportunism,and on the other hand Improve the anti-risk ability of the entire construction project organization,realize the effective integration of project resources,and then improve the performance of construction projects.First,based on social capital theory and resource-based theory,the research reveals the internal mechanism and boundary conditions of relationship governance affecting construction project performance.Through the literature review,the previous research is deeply analyzed and summarized,combined with the analysis of real cases,the concept and practical significance of the key factors are clarified,and their internal connections are pointed out.Specifically,the key factors involved in the study are relationship governance,organizational resilience,team resilience,leader resilience,resource integration capability and construction project performance.mediation model.Second,a total of 315 valid sample data were collected by questionnaire survey and field interview.SEM data analysis software AMOS 25.0 and SPSS 22.0 were used to test the hypotheses.The main conclusions of the study are: relationship governance positively affects construction project performance;relationship governance can positively affect resource integration ability through the mediating role of organizational resilience and team resilience;team resilience positively affects organizational resilience;The multiple chain mediating effects of integration ability,team resilience,and resource integration ability have positive indirect effects on construction project performance;at high levels of leader resilience,relationship governance has an increasing positive impact on organizational and team resilience,respectively,and The positive effect of the multi-chain intermediary effect is also enhanced.At last,the study proposes a new path for the impact of relationship governance on construction project performance from the perspective of resilience,and enriched the applicable situations of resilience theory.At the same time,according to the research results,three aspects are discussed: how to comprehensively understand the scope of the relationship between construction project organizations and how to conduct targeted relationship governance,how to specifically cultivate construction project organizational resilience,team resilience and resource integration capabilities,and how to improve and cultivate leadership resilience.In one aspect,it puts forward corresponding management suggestions,in order to provide guidance for the development of our country's construction projects.
