With the acceleration of the aging process in China,the aging transportation situation in China is becoming increasingly severe.The State Council has proposed the development strategy of “building a livable environment system for the elderly”,which focuses on the construction of urban transportation hub environment in the direction of intelligence and aging.In this context,it is in line with the development trend of aging in China to explore the intelligent service for the elderly in high-speed rail transit stations.In this paper,the old passenger big data and smart aging theory are applied to the research of interactive design of high-speed rail transit station app.On the one hand,it provides a new cross perspective for the theoretical research of interactive design of high-speed rail transit station elderly service.On the other hand,meeting the engineering practice requirements of the environmental optimization design of transportation hub stations for the elderly passengers is conducive to promoting the construction of elderly service in China's transportation hub environment.This paper is a sub project of the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences youth fund project “Research on smart aging design of urban transportation hub environment based on big data application”.Taking the interactive design of the elderly service app in highspeed rail transit station as the research object,this paper mainly discusses four parts: “the relevant theory of big data and app interactive design-the relevant data of the elderly service app interactive design-the interactive design strategy of the elderly service app-the interactive design practice”.First of all,it sorts out and summarizes the theory of interaction design between big data and app.It mainly includes five aspects: big data theory of high-speed rail transit station,aging design theory of high-speed rail transit station,APP interaction design theory for elderly users,APP related cases of high-speed rail transit station,and the relationship between big data prediction demand and interaction design.Secondly,it collects and analyzes the data of interactive design of app for the elderly in high-speed rail transit stations.It mainly includes four aspects: the elderly passenger data collected by equipment and software,the elderly passenger data collected manually,the prediction degree analysis of elderly passenger demand,and the relationship between elderly passenger demand and app interaction design.Thirdly,it puts forward the interactive design strategy of the elderly service app in highspeed rail transit station.It mainly includes four aspects: establishing the connection between app and different environment scenarios of high-speed railway station,establishing the close relationship between app and elderly passengers,establishing the individual relationship between app and elderly data,and constructing the interactive design index system and principles of elderly service app.Finally,the interaction design of app for elderly service in Nanjing high speed railway south station is carried out.It mainly includes project overview,functional architecture design,task flow design,APP design results and usability testing.This paper is divided into six chapters,about 65000 words,128 charts.
