The shaped charge technology is one of the commonly used technologies for efficiently destroying warheads.In order to improve the damage ability of shaped charge,the penetration and damage performance of Ta-Zr reactive material liner was investigated in this thesis.Material preparation and mechanical properties of Ta50-Zr50 alloy was carried out,and the dynamic constitutive equation and shock equation of state of Ta50-Zr50 were fitted and deduced.According to the theory and Autodyn software,the forming and damage ability of the Ta50-Zr50 liner was analyzed theoretically and was verified by experiments.Finally,a set of liner structures were obtained through orthogonal experiment design method,and the reaction characteristics of Ta-Zr reactive material EFP was studied through experiments.(1)Ta50-Zr50 alloy was fabricated via a vacuum melting furnace,the microstructure was observed via scanning electronic microscope.Then the quasi-static tests and SHPB tests were carried out,and the mechanical properties of the material were studied.Based on the quasi-static compression and SHPB tests,the relevant parameters of the Johnson-Cook constitutive model were fitted,and the shock state equation was summarized and the parameters were calculated.(2)Based on the theory of EFP forming and numerical simulation calculation of the liner,the manner of the EFP forming was analyzed,and the EFP formation process of tantalum-zirconium liners with three shape structure was formed and analyzed.Based on the analysis of the damage theory of shaped charge,the damage performance of the three structural liners was studied.(3)Using orthogonal experiment design method to optimize the design of the forming factors of the charge structure,and analyzed the influence of several factors on the shaped charge,and carried out simulation calculation and experimental research on the obtained optimal structure combination.(4)This paper analyzed the post-target damage test of EFP formed by Ta50-Zr50 liner,verified the post-target damage performance of EFP formed by Ta50-Zr50 liner through the test,and it was found that EFP will have chemical reaction in the process of penetration,which can cause secondary damage to the target.
