Design And Analysis Of A New Type Of Machine Gun

In the future battlefield,with the increasingly sophisticated equipment and advanced weapons carried by soldiers,the combat load will inevitably increase.It is imperative to reduce the weight of weapons and ammunition carried by soldiers to improve their mobility.In this paper,through the analysis of the research status and development trend of home and abroad,a small caliber cased telescoped machine gun is designed and analyzed.This paper puts forward a general scheme of a cased telescoped machine gun,the mechanism of the up and down chamber is improved,the structure of the counter-recoil mechanism,the feeding mechanism and the muzzle device are designed,and the three-dimensional model of the cased telescoped machine gun is established by using Solid Works software.The three-dimensional model of the cased telescoped machine gun is imported into ADAMS to establish the virtual prototype model.The stiffness of the counter-recoil spring and the pusher spring is determined by comparative simulation.Then the kinematics analysis of the mechanisms of the cased telescoped machine gun are carried out,including the up and down chamber mechanism,the feeding mechanism and the firing mechanism.The reliability of each mechanism is verified,and the speed,displacement and load of the key components in the working process are obtained.The Hyper Mesh is used to mesh the key parts,and the finite element model of the key parts is established by importing it into ABAQUS.The stress of each key part in the actual work is calculated by the finite element method to judge whether the strength of each key part meets the requirements.This paper provides a certain design basis for the further research of the cased telescoped machine gun system,and the research methods in this paper can also provide a reference for the future research.
