As the main component of the aircraft,the control system is used to receive the pilot's control instructions and control the rotation of the rudder surface,so as to control the flight attitude of the aircraft.Therefore,the control system has an important impact on the safety of aircraft,and has attracted the attention of scholars.The control system studied in this paper has two working modes: electrical control and mechanical control.The mechanical control system and the design of control mechanism and working mode conversion device are mainly studied.In this paper,a new control system with modular design concept is designed.The system consists of seven-bar mechanism,conjugate cam mechanism and other modules to form a closed-loop system,so as to realize the machine-hydraulic servo control.A special clutch and a double slider mechanism are designed to form a release device,and then the working mode conversion is realized.All kinematic chain structures of the two-degree-of-freedom seven-bar mechanism are obtained by type synthesis.The kinematic chain with better topological characteristics is selected as the structure of the seven-bar mechanism,and the kinematic mathematical model of the mechanism is established.Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)is used to synthesize the position scale of the seven-bar mechanism,and the size parameters of the mechanism are obtained,which is verified by kinematics simulation using ADAMS.In order to reduce the size of the mechanism,a special design method is adopted,so that the main cam and the back cam of the conjugate cam mechanism are combined into one cam,and the contour curve of the cam is obtained by design and calculation.ADAMS simulation is carried out,and the curves of displacement,quasi-velocity and quasi-acceleration are obtained.The Matlab Simulink simulation model of the control system is established,and the control simulation is carried out.The response characteristics of the system are analyzed,and the system has small steady-state error and good following performance.The computer aided design software is designed,and the design process is saved by using the interactive mode of instruction programming.The Solid Works is developed again,and the main parts of the operating mechanism are modeled parametrically,which improves the design efficiency of the operating mechanism.
