Since the21st century, with the continuous increase of China’s economic strength, the status of major projects in the construction of the national strategy becomes more important large scale projects play a increasingly important role in the national strategy construction, the study on the reliability engineering is more and more mentioned. However, because of its lately start, the development of reliability research in China, compared with the western developed countries, there’s still some way to go. With the increasing complexity of large-scale projects, leading to the emergence of the reliability problems in system, so we must put a lot of labor power and material resources to solve. If combined with the characteristics of China’s large-scale projects, to carry out the research and application of reliability engineering management theory, it can promote the rapid development of reliability engineering in China’s large and complex projects.Based on the study thoughts of comprehensive integration method from qualitative to quantitative, which is put forward by academician of the Qian XueSen, this paper establishes principal line from the reliability data management model, comprehensive integration reliability analysis process and evaluation method to the example verification of certain method. First of all, combing the advantages and disadvantages of CIM-OSA modeling system, and constructing the reliability data management model for SG engineering, and then specific analysis the system structure of reliability data management model; Secondly, based on the problem of reliability analysis and evaluation, and considering the advantage of FMECA method and TRIZ theory, putting forward the improved FMECA reliability analysis method; Next, making use of the advantages that fuzzy synthetic evaluation method used in mulit-indexes evaluation, putting forward the improved FMECA analysis method; Finally, taking example analysis on the pulse xenon lamp module of SG device;By applying the actual data of the subsystem in the project, analyzing the effect of failure mode on the system, and proving the validity of the process and analysis method.According to the reliability engineering data in the discrete questions of the study, will effectively improve SG large project system reliability data management of integrity level, meanwhile, it can also helps to solve the problem of low efficiency, improve the project phase FMECA analysis method, regulate the reliability engineering data management process and enhance the reliability management level effectively. Providing scientific and effective way of thinking and method to deal with the management of reliability engineering in system and comprehensive project to make sure smooth implementation of the project to provide guarantee system, there is a realistic significance to do this. What’s more, the healthy development of the large engineering system has important significance, and can be applied to large engineering system reliability engineering construction.
