The proof pressure test bed which has betterperformance,more convenient operability and more perfect function is designed basedon the old test bed and combined with the mechanical, hydraulic and automation controltechnology. It is a good idea to use the electro-hydraulic proportional technology in thedesign. Because of the interdisciplinary about the research and design of the hydraulicservo and proportional control test bed, so it is difficult to design. which is the keydiscussion in the task.The distributor proof test bed is as a kind of the hydraulic proof test bed which isresearched and come into use at home and abroad. However there is a problem that thepressure is low. The reason is that the higher pressure always has higher demand to thedesign of the bed including the mechanical strength of the bed, bearing strength of thehydraulic component and sealing property and so on.The structure of the bed is designed newly to meet the requirement of highpressure, multistage and automatic operation. The basic idea is that design the hydraulictheory diagram, calculate the parameter and collect the hydraulic component accordingto the requirement. At the same time, the control system--electro-hydraulicproportional control system is finished. In the design of the test bed, the knowledgeabout machinery, hydraulic and electric is applied synthetically and the mechanismdesign, hydraulic theory analysis and electric automatization control are finished.Making use of the related software to simulation, the reference is offered and validity ofthe design is verified. |
