With the development of China's society and economy,energy consumption,as the basis for national livelihood and national security,has been increasing year by year.In order to improve the efficiency of energy use,on the one hand,China has put forward the new development concept of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing" as the core,continuously deepening the supply-side reform,and continuously optimizing the energy structure;on the other hand,coordinating various types of energy such as coal,oil and gas,electricity,etc.,and improving the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy.Integrated smart energy is to provide integrated solutions of electricity,heat,cooling,gas and water for users in the region,which is a bigger concept than smart grid.Smart grid mainly focuses on the electric power sector,while integrated smart energy needs to consider more sectors(electricity,heating,cooling,industry,construction and transportation),play the synergistic advantages of different energy varieties to achieve energy supply-side optimization;use the differentiation of different energy demands to achieve complementary energy demand;innovative energy consumption methods to achieve intelligent and efficient energy use;through market-based price mechanisms to achieve supply The project will establish a comprehensive energy control platform to realize the coordinated operation of source,network and load,and maximize the local consumption of clean energy;and apply technologies such as big data,cloud computing and Internet of Things to provide users with efficient,flexible,convenient and economic energy supply and value-added services.Based on a multi-energy complementary integrated intelligent energy project in a science and technology park in Beijing,this paper investigates the problem of optimal configuration of energy system integration in science and technology parks.Based on the perspective of operators and developers of science and technology parks,this paper firstly analyzes and summarizes the development of comprehensive smart energy at home and abroad,and studies various problems related to multiple energy flows in science and technology parks.Based on the existing lighting resources,power resources and buildings in the science and technology park,heating load,cooling load and power load demand calculation and analysis,combined with the calculation of photovoltaic power generation system,the comprehensive energy system is predicted at last.Colleagues made layout planning for all energy sources in the science and technology park.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the original multiple energy flows in the science and technology park,in order to meet the actual needs of various types of energy in the science and technology park,a reasonable energy planning is made by comprehensively considering the energy resource endowment and basic conditions,and the integration optimization of multiple energy flows is completed.Can flow integrated energy management system is mainly studied the optimization scheduling module,including: design,with the consideration of user demand side response and multiple time scale multi-functional flow system of virtual power plant scheduling module function framework,recently,days and real-time three time scales,support for electricity,heat,cold,gas system in more than ten kinds of optimal operation;In view of the multi-energy coupling and multi-time scale characteristics of multi-energy flow system,this paper applies the multi-energy coupling user-side demand response model,the energy storage model considering multiple types of practical constraints,the thermal dynamic characteristics of the pipeline and the thermal dynamic characteristics of the user-side to the multi-energy flow optimization scheduling module.The multi-time scale flexible adjustment ability of user side,cold/heat system and energy storage resources is fully explored and utilized.Finally,two scenarios after transforming the running situation of the economic benefits of evaluate the comprehensive wisdom of pluripotent complementary energy,the energy integrated optimization of science and technology park comprehensive wisdom can maximize the renewable energy and clean energy,greatly enhance the proportion of the area of clean energy,reducing carbon emissions,reduce the energy consumption of the user side,The energy cost of users is reduced to the maximum extent.
