In the aviation field,all kinds of advanced radar equipment have been integrated into all kinds of aircraft,and a large amount of data have been generated during the flight of aircraft,and the information contained in these data is of great significance.Airborne storage equipment is a container for storing such important information,which requires high-speed storage capacity and large storage capacity.At the same time,due to the particularity of the environment where the airborne equipment is located,the equipment has not been disassembled at will.How to obtain the data in the equipment efficiently and conveniently is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper has designed and implemented a NAS(network attached storage)system based on solid state disk(SSD)for the application of radar data.To solve the problem of radar data acquisition,this paper has built Web services based on Linux operating system and LNMP(Linux+Nginx+MySQL+PHP)technology,and has designed Web pages using front-end technology.In B/S(browser/server)mode,the client has been able to manage the access to the NAS system.Network sharing has been realized through the configuration of NFS and CIFS network sharing protocols,and related external software has been used to complete the construction of NAS management software.It has realized file sharing,user management and other functions,and has solved the requirements of inconvenient data acquisition.Aiming at the storage requirements of large capacity and high speed transmission of radar data,this paper has adopted SSD with NAND Flash memory as storage medium and combined ZYNQ-7000 development board of Xilinx company to construct a solid-state storage platform,and has completed the block device driver program for solid-state disk,and has put forward the aggregation write strategy according to the actual hardware resources.The granularity of write operation has been improved and the matching of hardware and software resources has been ensured.According to the DMA driver framework,the data read and write function has been implemented in the driver program to ensure the high-speed transmission of data.The RAID5 scheme using 7+1 mode has improved the reliability of data and meet the storage requirements of radar data.Finally,the function and performance of the whole system have been tested.Through the actual test,the functions of the system have been realized;In terms of performance,each performance index of the system has met the performance estimation value and met the design requirements.
