With the rapid development of the economy, the aviation industry also obtains the huge development. Along with the booming of the inflight aircraft quantity, the control system of the ground also faces to the huge challenge. For insuring the air transportation safe and unimpeded, the air traffic control(ATC) system must accurately manage the aircraft in time and guide their right flight. In the air traffic control system, because we need show the radar information onto the computer screen, radar signal need be received and be delivered to the machine which processes the radar signal and be delivered to the computer after the machine's process.This paper mainly discusses how we deliver the data to the machine which processes radar signal. Now many ATC systems deliver the radar data through the serial port, but this method exists some defects. First, the serial port's speed is slow, delivering the data though the network will increase the speed and rais the system utilization,Second, if transmitting through serial port enable the system become complicated and unstable, but through the network it will become simple and stable.This paper is divided into five parts totally. The first part is an introduction, and simply descripts the research's background and a frame of the the whole system.The second part mainly introducts the processor of ARM.
