Railway,as one of the main transportation modes of rail transit system in this century,has become an indispensable role in the development of people's livelihood and economy.Wheelset is the key running component and contacting part between railway train and track.Timely detection of wheelset status and identification of fault types have important practical significance for ensuring the safe operation of trains.Based on the analysis of the current domestic and foreign wheelset identification methods and fault detection methods,this paper selects RFID technology combined with vibration acceleration detection method to realize the identification and fault detection of wheelset,and designs a real-time wheelset fault monitoring system.First of all,this paper introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of RFID technology,analyzing the advantages of RFID technology,and applying the experience of using RFID technology in railway train number identification system to train wheelset identification.Secondly,the types and causes of wheelset tread failure are analyzed,and the mathematical model of wheelset failure degree and vibration impact energy is established,which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of the system.Based on RFID technology and vibration acceleration detection method,the design scheme of the system is determined,and the hardware selection of the main equipment is carried out.The hardware acquisition platform is constructed,and the working principle of the system is described in detail.The algorithm analysis of vibration signal and the fault diagnosis of wheelset are the key parts of this paper.In this paper,the wavelet packet algorithm is selected to decompose and reconstruct the vibration signal to obtain its eigenvector,and the extracted eigenvector is used as the input parameters of the neural network model.The BP neural network optimized by genetic algorithm is used for training and learning.The simulation experiment is carried out to test the fault diagnosis model,and the diagnosis and recognition of wheelset fault is realized.Finally,according to the functional requirements of the system,the system software is designed and developed.The system adopts the Net platform combined with Matlab to mix programming,and designs the database to realize the data collection,analysis,storage and display.Through experiments,it is verified that the designed system can accurately and efficiently identify the wheelset and monitor the fault.
