Aiming at the poor endurance of inspection drones,it is difficult to meet the needs of longdistance and long-term inspection tasks.This article designs an intelligent machine nest for the "nest-nest" new overhead line inspection mode.The specific research content is as follows:Firstly,analyze the current research status of UAV aircraft nests at home and abroad,and combine the actual requirements of inspection operations for the mechanical structure,intelligent control system and monitoring software of the intelligent aircraft nest,and propose a design plan for the intelligent aircraft nest to clarify the overall structure of the intelligent aircraft nest.Functional framework.Secondly,based on the needs of patrol drones to replace batteries and take off and land,design the mechanical structure of the smart aircraft nest,including the design of the apron,the three-axis robotic arm and the drone home locking device;for the ball screw and Stepper motors are selected for calculation;PLC is selected as the controller of three-axis robotic arms and other motion devices to realize sensor data reading,motor control command transmission,and data interaction with the intelligent control system to complete the battery replacement action.Then design the software and hardware for the intelligent control system,and realize the intelligent management function of the battery by monitoring the battery usage times,battery voltage and other status information;equipped with the network RTK high-precision positioning system,through 4G network communication and inspection drones for real-time Data interaction can realize the function of guiding and inspecting drones to accurately land and judge the take-off safety;design intelligent aircraft nest monitoring software to realize status information monitoring,voltage setting and manual aircraft nest operation functions.Finally,a prototype of the intelligent machine nest was made according to the design of this article,and it was put into field use test in line inspection and substation.The test results showed that the performance indicators of the prototype were in line with the preset.Compared with domestic and foreign drones,in terms of function Has certain advantages.
