In today's era,with the continuous deepening of intellectual property rights,the ability of science and technology transformation keeps pace with the times,and technological innovation has become the main driving force to promote the transformation and development of the country.With the strong support of the government,the development of enterprises focusing on technology research and development has a new chapter.With the rapid development of China's infrastructure construction,the rock drilling tool manufacturing industry is developing rapidly.Compared with the international market,due to the lag of technology research and development,low technology content and lack of competitiveness,there are all kinds of risk problems in the process of operation and management,and financial fraud often occurs.It can be seen that the drilling industry must pay full attention to the importance of internal control in its development,improve and optimize the internal control system,so that all employees of the enterprise can improve their sense of participation and participate in the construction of internal control system.At the same time,through the continuous improvement process of the enterprise,improve the utilization rate of enterprise funds,ensure the improvement of enterprise R & D efficiency,and also for their own health Sustainable development provides more favorable guarantee.In this paper,a company of Guiyang drilling tool manufacturing industry is taken as an example,using the methods of field investigation,literature research and quantitative analysis,based on China's "basic norms of enterprise internal control","guidelines for the evaluation of enterprise internal control" and "guidelines for the application of enterprise internal control" and other tools,starting from the research results in the field of internal control at home and abroad in recent years,through the analysis of internal environment and risk factors Based on the analysis of the five elements of evaluation,control activities,information and communication and internal supervision,this paper makes an in-depth study of a company,summarizes the current situation of a company's internal control,and puts forward the deficiencies of a company's internal control in the aspects of managers' internal control awareness,employee cognition,corporate culture,information processing system and key business processes,and finally puts forward relevant improvement suggestions.This paper hopes to improve the management efficiency of enterprise a,promote its sustainable and stable economic growth,enhance its market competitiveness,create more economic benefits and improve the management level through systematic literature review,problem mining and relevant suggestions.
