In recent years,with the development of information technology,the large-scale expansion of electricity demand and the need for real-time monitoring of electricity data have led to the accumulation of massive amounts of data.How to effectively process these data so as to solve the problem of power grid data transmission and storage,a more effective method is to compress the data.Because wavelet transform has good time-frequency analysis characteristics,it has been widely used in the compression of power grid data in recent years.On the basis of mastering the principle of wavelet transform,this article attempts to use the two-dimensional image compression method multi-level tree set split coding(set partitioning in hierarchical trees,SPIHT)algorithm to research and experiment on power grid data and power grid data compression.Firstly,based on the embedded image coding SPIHT compression algorithm,an improved algorithm is proposed for some shortcomings of the SPIHT coding algorithm.Improved SPIHT(approved SPIHT,ASPIHT)algorithm for differential processing of high and low frequency coefficients after wavelet transformation,lossless coding is used for the low frequency part containing important information of the image and only a few coefficients,and the important information part of the image is retained as much as possible without compressing and restoring The image is distorted too much.The experimental simulation uses two algorithms to compress and reconstruct images with different characteristics.The experimental results show that the ASPIHT algorithm has a certain improvement in the image quality after compression and reconstruction at different bit rates compared with the original algorithm.This paper constructs a power grid data simulation model,and converts multiple one-dimensional power grid data collected in different oscilloscopes into two-dimensional power grid data.The purpose is to analyze the characteristics of power grid data in detail from the perspective of time and space.The original SPIHT and its improved compression algorithm ASPIHT are used to process the converted two-dimensional power grid data images respectively to explore the compression effect on the power grid data.Simulation experiment results show that both algorithms can effectively compress power grid data,and the quality of ASPIHT compression and reconstruction is higher than that of the original algorithm.Aiming at the characteristics of ASPIHT compression algorithm for power grid data compression,the method of locating faulted power grid data is explored.First,the abnormal grid model data is simulated,and the normal grid data and the abnormal grid data are compressed and analyzed using the SPIHT algorithm.It can be found that there is a big difference between the normal grid data and the abnormal grid data compression and restoration effect.Based on this feature,the faulty grid data can be analyzed.The time node and space node are effectively positioned without other complicated coding algorithms.The simulation experiment results show that the method has certain validity and feasibility.
