Design And Application Of Provincial Power Grid Patent Map Platform Based On Multi-dimensional Analysis

Patent is the largest technical information source in the world,and the content of patent literature contains most of the new technical information in the world.The number of patent applications and authorization has become one of the important indicators to measure the speed and level of scientific and technological development of a country or an enterprise.Through the effective analysis and application of patent information,the R & D cost of related products can be greatly reduced.For a country or an enterprise,patent is an important strategic resource with both economic value and technical value.Power grid enterprises pay more and more attention to scientific and technological innovation,combined with their own technological research and development advantages,a large number of patent information has been formed inside the enterprise.Therefore,power grid enterprises need to use information technology to establish a complete set of patent map analysis and management platform for power grid enterprises to carry out patent retrieval and technical analysis in professional fields,guide enterprise research and development direction,and improve enterprise’s technology competitive advantage in the future.In this paper,through the analysis of the actual needs of provincial power grid enterprises,research on the existing patent map drawing methods,combined with the research status at home and abroad,based on the provincial power grid enterprise internal information system operation environment,design and implementation of a multi-dimensional analysis visualization patent map platform managed by the enterprise science and Technology Department,open to ordinary enterprise users.The platform is mainly composed of five modules: power grid patent information patent maintenance,patent information comprehensive retrieval,patent map display,patent multidimensional statistical analysis,user rights management,etc.The implementation steps of "multi-dimensional analysis visualization patent map platform" are as follows: collecting patent basic information through crawler and manual input,forming a localized patent information database for enterprises,and realizing centralized and unified management of patent information of provincial power grid.Based on the multi-dimensional model,the provincial centralized power grid patent information database is established to realize the multi-dimensional visualization analysis function of patent map,and the platform is built based on J2 EE technology standard and SOA service-oriented technology route to realize the extensible data service technology architecture.Through the realization of patent comprehensive retrieval,patent map display,patent multi-dimensional statistical analysis and other functions,the provincial,prefectural and county-level science and technology management departments of power grid enterprises and ordinary users can understand the dynamic information of enterprise patents.The functions provided by the platform can greatly improve the work efficiency of patent management departments,and help enterprise users obtain all kinds of patent resource information and analysis guidelines.
