The spatial steel mesh is widely used in public buildings such as gymnasiums and exhibition halls.Its rods are mostly round steel pipes.If the stability of their structure is insufficient,there will be unstable structure,resulting in destroying or collapse of the structure,which will cause huge Economic loss,personnel casualties and social impacts.The sleeve member is a stable control member having a stable control,a good hist-in performance,but is mostly used in the new structure.Based on this,this paper proposes a new type of reinforcing method according to the characteristics of the casing member,that is,the mating casing member reinforcement method can be reinforced under load conditions,and the agricultural disturbance is small and very versatile.The shape of the structure is changed,and the construction is convenient.This method extends the application of the sleeve member to the reinforcement field,ie the assembled sleeve member reinforces the spatial steel grid structure.This paper first uses finite element software ABAQUS to establish a single steel pipe model to derive a single steel pipe in an axial forceaxial displacement curve under the action of axial load;then use the assembled sleeve member to reinforce the single steel pipe,consider the reinforcement of the steel pipe.Deflection,reinforcing bushing,the effect of factors such as the thickness of the ?-type steel on the reinforcement effect,establishes an assembled casing member model to obtain a shaft force-axial displacement curve of the assembled sleeve member under an axial load.In contrast the axial force-axial displacement curve of the round steel pipe in the mating casing member under different parameters,the effect of assembling the axial bearing capacity of the steel pipe is studied.The study found that the assembled sleeve member reinforcement method had a greater improving the axial bearing capacity of the circular steel pipe,and the reinforcement effect decreases with the increase in deflection when the circular steel pipe is reinforced.If the assembled sleeve member is reinforced by the longitudinally deformed side-deformation in the circular steel tube,the high-order flexion mode may be reached during the use of the circular steel pipe,which is large to increase the capacity of the round steel tube;appropriately extend the reinforcing bushing.The length has a certain increase in the reinforcement effect;the thickness of the ?-type steel has a certain effect on the assembled casing member,but with the increase in the thickness of the ?-type steel,its influence is gradually weakened.Use the Space Grid Structure Computer Aided Design System MSTCAD software to design 42 m × 42 m steel grid structure,and then model the grid using finite element software Abaqus.Considering the initial defect of the stem parts,the single steel tube model data of the initial defect is input in the grid pressure rod,and then the pressuremounted sleeve member is used to reinforce the pressure on the pressure of the steel grid structure.The effect of assembled casing members reinforced different pressure rods on the mechanical properties of steel grids,and verified the feasibility of the assembled casing components to be used in the field of spatial steel grid structure.
