Wanxichong Landscape Design Under The Mode Of "Pastoral Complex"

With the rapid development of China's economy and urbanisation,the ecological environment in urban and rural areas has been damaged,social and spatial resources are unevenly distributed,and there are real problems such as population expansion,atmospheric pollution,traffic congestion and the fast pace of life,which have led to a growing desire for an idyllic life among urban dwellers.In this context,the "field and garden complex" has emerged as a new model of agricultural development,with the prominent feature of agriculture rather than pure tourism.It is a complex that integrates recycling agriculture,creative agriculture and farming experience,with ornamental and leisure tourism functions and cultural values.It is a new way of sustainable development in line with the structural reform of the rural supply side and the renewal of the industrial model.Chenggong Wanxi Chong is located in the southeast of Chenggong New Town,the gateway is close to the university area,with well-developed transportation and a superior geographical location,and was elected as one of the top ten legendary towns in Kunming by virtue of its 10,000 mu of pear blossoms.However,due to the lack of overall planning and design,the lack of integrated development of the characteristic industry chain,the uneven quality of the product,the pear culture brand value is not highlighted enough,the overall development of the village is in a bottleneck,deeply troubled by the seasonal economy.Despite the large number of tourists travelling to and from the community,the farmers benefiting from the tourism development are very limited.Based on the concept and design strategy of the field complex,this paper takes Wanxichong village as the object,applies the concepts of sustainable development and industrial integration,and draws on excellent practical examples from home and abroad to summarise what can be learnt and applied to this design.Through literature analysis,field research,analogy analysis and questionnaire survey,the current situation of Wanxi Chong's resources and design positioning are sorted out.Finally,the landscape planning and design is based on the above research results.Adhering to the three principles of people-oriented,protective development and multi-industry integration,Wanxi Chong is divided into four functional zones,namely the entrance display zone,the modern agricultural zone,the idyllic residential zone and the sightseeing zone.Based on agriculture,it extends and integrates creative,technological,processing,tourism,catering,accommodation,entertainment,art,culture,commerce and other secondary and tertiary industries to develop together.It has completed the restoration and reshaping of the ecology of Wanxichong,the excavation and enhancement of culture,and the restoration and creation of the landscape,as well as enriching the touring experience of the tourism space,improving the service support of the village,and changing the status quo of traditional forestry in Wanxichong,which will serve as a reference for the subsequent planning and practice of similar field and garden complexes.
