Power metering instruments are instruments and meters used to measure electric energy parameters,including electricity meters(single-phase electricity meters,three-phase electricity meters),current transformers,voltage transformers,metering automation terminals,etc.These electric energy meters work together to measure the customer's electricity consumption.Among them,the electric energy meter plays the core role.With the continuous development of technology,the electric energy meter has developed from the mechanical electric energy meter to the electronic multi-function electric energy meter with new functions such as remote reading electric energy and daily freezing electric energy.In order to adapt to technological progress and improve the digital and intelligent level of metering,power grid enterprises have begun to replace old electricity meters gradually.Electricity meters must be calibrated before installation.When a large number of replacement needs occur in a short period of time,the calibration ability of electricity meters is greatly challenged by enterprises.In order to deal with this situation effectively,the calibration body that undertakes the calibration task must further refine and optimize the current calibration production operation mode to maximize its potential and maintain a high quality level.This paper mainly analyzes the lean mode of the calibration of electric energy metering instruments,and adopts the case analysis method to select the single-phase electric energy meter calibration to conduct the whole process analysis.The factors restricting the improvement of the calibration ability are revealed from the aspects of setting layout,operation process,operation organization and so on,and the internal reasons are analyzed.On the basis of the lean production concept as the guide to put forward the relevant optimization scheme and implemented.The verification results show that the calibration ability is greatly improved,the economic benefit is good,and the calibration quality remains stable.In addition,the deficiencies in the process are reflected and the preliminary strategies are given.
