| Driven by the rapid development of the national economy,the national railway industry has stepped onto a new stage.As a means of transport,rail transit has become an important part of the development of railway industry.However,with the increasing number of rail transit operation and the impact of various natural environment,the hidden dangers of rail line safety increase.How to better ensure the safety,comfort and durability of railway lines,which will be the common goal of generations of railway line workers.As the optimized rail milling car in this paper,it mainly grinds the rail to ensure the normal operation of the railway line,so as to shorten the maintenance time of railway workers and save the corresponding manpower and material resources.However,in the context of the great development of the new era,the appearance and shape of the rail milling car follow the imported style in the design,which is lack of innovation.It is difficult to meet the needs of the development of the appearance and shape of the current product,thus reducing its competitiveness in the complex and changeable international environment.In this paper,through the research and analysis of the development status of rail milling car at home and abroad,consulting the relevant literature review,and carrying out the field investigation and questionnaire survey of relevant enterprises,the data obtained are analyzed and processed,so as to clarify the optimal positioning of rail milling car.For the optimization design scheme,it mainly carries out a series of work,such as the drawing of appearance modeling sketch,3D modeling and rendering typesetting,and finally selects the optimal scheme for in-depth design.Simulation analysis,painting design and interior design of the optimal scheme are carried out.Finally,the paper analyzes and summarizes the project,clarifies the problems existing in the project,and expounds the influence and significance on the future development of rail milling car. |
