| This paper focuses on the inherent in the relationship between the appearance of the product, structure, mold, production and assembly, as well as the overlap area between the four views, and as a starting point, the system presents the appearance of the product structure design optimization approaches. According to the problems in the existing development process, propose ways to realize seamless connection between art and engineering. By using the scientific analysis of the detection method to identify a potential risk of appearance, structure design, digital prototyping stage to solve the problem. The use of CAE analysis allows design more reasonable and reducing unnecessary modifications to improve the success rate of product development. Use of parametric design, make design optimization and design changes easier to control. |
