With the continuous development of China's modern market economy,the competition of enterprises has shifted from product competition to talent competition.If the company wants to have a place in the fiercely competitive market,the reserve of talents is very important.How to give the best incentive to the company's talents and reduce the talent turnover rate to the lowest is a problem that every company pays close attention to.The core content of human resources is performance management,which is related to the interests of both the company and employees.Although many domestic enterprises have adopted the performance management system and formulated the relevant systems of performance management,the effect is not good in the process of real implementation,and some may even be counterproductive.Therefore,the thesis takes PD Company as the research object and uses the relevant theories and research methods of performance management to study the performance management of PD Company.Based on the relevant theory of performance management,the thesis uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to study the problems and countermeasures of the performance management of PD Company according to the ideas of finding,analyzing and solving problems.By analyzing the general and current situation of human resources and performance management of PD Company,the author finds that the main problems of performance management of PD company include low employee participation in the performance planning process,unreasonable design of performance indicators,imperfect performance feedback interview process,and lack of effective performance guidance as well as single application of performance results.Finally,combined with the actual situation of PD Company and the relevant performance management theory,the paper finds out the problems existing in the performance management of PD Company,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.The specific countermeasures are as follows: increasing the degree of participation in employee performance planning,reasonably constructing the performance evaluation index system,perfecting the performance feedback interview process,strengthening the staff guidance in the performance implementation link,and expanding the application of performance results.The specific safeguard measures include: establishing professional performance management organizations,guiding people-oriented performance culture,dynamically controlling the performance implementation process,and carrying out full-staff performance management training.Through the implementation of these countermeasures,it provides some inspiration and new ideas for the performance management of PD Company at the present stage,and has certain reference significance for the improvement of performance management problems of other similar enterprises.
