| The industrial control button controls the mechanical operation and is one of the key components in the industrial production.With the rapid development of industrial production,there are more and more brands and types of industrial control buttons in the market,and their competition is increasingly fierce.Due to the serious homogenization of technology,product experience and brand identification are paid more and more attention by enterprises and users.This paper takes industrial control buttons as the research object,user experience theory as the research basis,multi-channel information transmission as the starting point,combined with field research method,literature review method,case analysis method and experimental evaluation method to carry out research,and based on the theoretical demonstration and experimental data analysis,the industrial control buttons optimization design ideas and design strategies are obtained,and Phoenix Contact engineering is selected as the research object As an example,the industry control buttons are designed and verified by user test and user satisfaction evaluation.First of all,this paper analyzes and summarizes the types,materials and installation forms of industrial control buttons in the existing market,analyzes the installation convenience of representative industrial control buttons in the market,and summarizes their advantages and disadvantages.The typical industrial control key products are disassembled and analyzed,mainly including the assembly appearance,the basic form of key and the visual and tactile feeling of key turning surface to users.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey and individual interview,the user needs are extracted qualitatively.By using the methods of literature research,observation and interview,the user groups of industrial control buttons were investigated and analyzed,and the basic research was carried out from physiological function,psychological feeling and behavior characteristics.Build a matching model of user cognitive channel and key product information communication.Then,the detailed data of the size,shape and material of the keys were further determined through three groups of comparative evaluation and control experiments.Finally,through the above product analysis and exploration,from the three aspects of user experience,operation efficiency and shape recognition,Phoenix Contact industrial control button design practice,submitted three sets of design schemes,and used Likert scale to evaluate it,further optimized the scheme according to the evaluation,and finally verified the design practice through user satisfaction survey The results and the feasibility of design ideas and strategies.Under the guidance of the theory of user experience,this study finds and analyzes the problems of the industrial control buttons in the market.Combined with the comparative evaluation experiment and design practice,it considers the improvement and optimization of the user experience and the creation of brand genes,in order to provide reference for similar research. |
