Individual carrying equipment,as a soldier carrying various types of equipment and supplies,has an extremely important position in the individual soldier system.Carrying a soldier alone is conducive to improving the combat effectiveness of the soldier system,giving full play to the effectiveness of various types of equipment,and reducing human fatigue.It uses a combination of experiments and simulations to study the bearing layout and human force response characteristics of a single soldier carrying system.It can provide a theoretical basis and data support for the determination of the bearing layout scheme and the choice of single or double-person carrying.It uses AnyBody to build a "soldier-carrying gear" human musculoskeletal model,performs reverse dynamic static simulations on 3 typical loading layout schemes,and performs reverse dynamic dynamic simulations on 6 carrying states to obtain the largest muscles of the shoulders,waists,and legs The degree of activation and the lumbar stress,the research results show that: the muscles of the shoulder muscle group have the highest degree of muscle activation and are most prone to fatigue;the load bearing layout scheme 1 is the best;the order of the carrying state from good to bad is 1,2,4,3,5,6.Using comprehensive test methods such as plantar pressure test system,surface electromyography test system,and three-dimensional motion capture system,the plantar stability test,plantar peak force test,and major muscle fatigue characteristics of the lower limbs are carried out on 6 kinds of carrying states.Test and human reachable area test.The foot pressure center left and right,sway amplitude in the forward and backward directions,the plantar envelope area,the sole force peak,the lower limb main muscle integral electromyogram and the two-hand movement trajectory were studied and analyzed.The research results show that under different carrying conditions,There is a significant difference in the lateral pressure center of left and right,sway amplitude in the forward and backward direction,the area of the plantar envelope,and the integral EMG value of the main muscles of the lower limbs.The most significant change in the integral EMG value is the outside of the gastrocnemius muscle.1,2,4,3,5,6,the ergonomics of the double-carry scheme is superior.
