Bellows fatigue test is an important part of the quality evaluation of Bellows products.At present,major Bellows manufacturers use custom fatigue test benches to perform fatigue tests on the produced Bellows samples,and use the fatigue test results to assist Bellows design.Entrusted by the German Weizmann company,this research group has successfully developed the first generation of Bellows fatigue test bench,and has been operating normally at the WITZENMANN Chinese company,and has played an important role in the quality inspection of the Bellows.According to the conditions of use,the WITZENMANN company put forward higher requirements for the technical indicators and applicable scope of the Bellows fatigue test bench.Based on the first-generation Bellows fatigue test bench,this paper conducts in-depth research and optimization of two key issues:the increase of the axial vibration frequency and the suppression of the radial deformation of the long Bellows,which improves the quality and performance of the test bench.,To meet the actual needs of enterprises on the Bellows fatigue test bench.The core of the bellows fatigue test bench control system is the design of the axial vibration control system.This paper introduces the main components and principles of the axial vibration system,and analyzes the"vibration stagnation"of the existing bellows fatigue test benches during fatigue testing.The phenomenon is explained and analyzed.Aiming at the above-mentioned phenomenon,a vibration frequency control optimization method based on genetic algorithm is designed.Based on the principle of the control system,a PMSM servo control model based on vector control strategy was established in matlab/simulink environment.The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the PI parameters of the speed-current dual-loop controller of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.The PI parameter group after the genetic algorithm iteration is applied to the Bellows fatigue test bench.The test results show that the optimized PI parameters are suitable for the shaft.There is a significant increase in the frequency of vibration.Based on the internal control strategy,the lining pipe is optimized for both material and structure.The new composite material Al2O3f/ZL109 was selected as the main material of the inner lining pipe,and a grinding ball device was designed to reduce the friction between the inner lining pipe and the inner wall of the Bellows.The ANLINE software was used to simulate the improved liner and bellows.The test results proved the improved design of the liner.An test scheme for the Bellows fatigue test bench was designed.During the test,the running state of the Bellows fatigue test bench remained stable and the working performance was in line with expectations.It was proved that the improved Bellows fatigue test bench can meet the new requirements of the Bellows manufacturer.Technical indicators also have a wider scope of application.
