Ultra-high speed and ultra-high precision machining has become the main development direction of modern machining field,in which the driving control technology of ultra-high speed PMSM has become the technical difficulty to be solved in the field of high-end equipment manufacturing in China.In this paper,the control technology of the super high speed PMSM is studied,and the specific work is as follows:The mathematical model of the vector control system of the super high speed PMSM is established.Aiming at the problem that the model of mechanism modeling is too complex for controller design,the characteristic model of vector control system of super high speed PMSM is established,and the simulation experiment is carried out to verify the validity of the characteristic model.Aiming at the problem of high precision speed control of PMSM,a discrete integral sliding mode speed controller based on the characteristic model is designed,which proves the stability of the system and completes the simulation experiment.The result shows that the discrete integral sliding mode speed controller based on the characteristic model has better speed tracking effect than the golden section controller.The hardware circuit design of the controller is completed,including the main control board circuit design,sensor signal conditioning circuit design,exception detection and protection circuit design,encoder signal conditioning circuit design.Aiming at the problem that the speed sensor of super high speed PMSM is easy to be interfered,a kind of encoder signal conditioning circuit with strong immunity is designed.According to the characteristics of multi task requirements of drive controller,the overall architecture design of multi-core processor software and the detailed design of each task module are completed,mainly including: current loop processing task,speed loop processing task based on feature model,feature parameter identification task,communication task,protection logic and fault detection task,etc.Finally,the experiment platform of the control system of the super high speed PMSM is built,and the drive controller is debugged in modules and the speed control experiment is carried out,which verifies the effectiveness of the hardware,software and algorithm.
