With the rapid development of artificial intelligence and the improvement of power electronics technology,it is particularly important to control the position and speed of servo motor.At present,the permanent magnet synchronous motor drive control system has been widely used in various transmission systems,new energy vehicles,robots and other fields.The control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor has been put forward such as high speed performance,higher anti-interference ability,better stability and other requirements,the traditional PI speed mode has been unable to meet the requirements.In this paper,an integral sliding mode variable structure control method is proposed to replace the traditional PI control speed loop design method.The integral sliding mode control method no longer uses the original sliding mode surface function but the integral sliding mode surface function,so that the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system has high speed response characteristics.The permanent magnet synchronous motor control system based on DSP28335 is designed to meet the speed response and anti-interference requirements of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system for new energy vehicles.Firstly,by studying coordinate transformation,Clarke transformation and Park transformation in vector control,and corresponding inverse transformation,voltage and torque equation of d-q axis of permanent magnet synchronous motor can be decomposed,and mathematical model of d-q axis of permanent magnet synchronous motor can be established.Through the analysis and study of SVPWM drive mode,and the corresponding study of the principle of vector control and set up based on integral sliding mode speed control and d-q axis current PI control of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system based on Simulink,a simulation model on adjusting the simulation parameters,and the feasibility of the corresponding simulation waveform to validate the scheme,and complete the integral sliding mode speed control and PI control effect.Secondly,this paper not only builds the mathematical model and simulation model,but also builds the hardware circuit of the system and writes the software code based on DSP28335.Hardware circuit includes DSP28335 minimum system,interface,detection,inverter,absorption,drive and protection circuit analysis and design.TMS320F28335 is adopted as the control core,and the IGBT module FF450R12KT4 is selected as the driving core to improve the system integration degree.AD2S1210 and rotary transformer are used to read rotor position information of permanent magnet synchronous motor.In the software code,the main program code is taken as the main design process,and the control strategy is including SVPWM program,the corresponding PI link,integral sliding mode speed link and so on.Finally,in view of the design considerations of the system,this paper designed and built a test platform for the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor,and carried out detailed tests.Through experiments,it was verified that the integral sliding mode speed control has the advantages of stronger stability,smaller overshot,faster speed response and strong robustness.At the same time,it verifies the correctness and rationality of the hardware circuit and software design of the system,which is more suitable for the control system of electric vehicle servo motor.
