| In recent years, the maintain volume of motor vehicles in China is growing rapidly, and the motor vehicle emission pollution of the city is getting more and more serious impact to environmental.Quantitative calculation of vehicle exhaust emissions of pollutants, analysis of vehicle exhaust emissions spatial distribution and study the relationship between road traffic emissions and the link operation is very important. It has important guiding significance and provides the scientific basis decision-making for the relevant government departments formulating environmental control strategies, planning a reasonable layout of city, regulating traffic management system. In this paper, simulation of the spread of motor vehicle exhaust for Wuhan City is implemented. It makes use of the city road network and the geographical environment provided by GIS system,in accordance with traffic conditions, weather conditions, combined with advanced air emission dispersion model and use numerical calculation methods. In the thesis, first of all,the impact factors of the atmospheric diffusion model is analysised and the current situation as well as development trend of the atmospheric diffusion model and GIS research combining are reviewed. It is the theoretical foundation for the selection of diffusion model and determination the way to integration. Then several of the secondary development of GIS technology is comparatively analysised, and the Component GIS development method is selected, which is combined with the characteristics of the system. Finally,an independent application system is developed, which combines the atmospheric transfer diffusion model with GIS technology. The developed system not only can achieve the simulation for a variety of weather conditions common in automobile exhaust pollution, but also can implement inquiries of all data and simulation results and many analysis based on the simulation and results. The above system functions make it as an automobile exhaust pollution information system with practical value. |
