Gyroplane is an important part of the aircraft.Compared with helicopter,gyroplane does not have a hover function.Gyroplane has the characteristics of simple structure,high safety and lower expenses.During the design of the single gyroplane,the overall layout of the gyroplane,the aerodynamic characteristics of the gyroplane,and the lightweight design of the frame will be studied.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.First,Referring to the structure of the classic single gyroplane and carrying out the overall design layout according to the design requirements and actual working conditions.This paper studies the overall configuration and the design of main body structure of gyroplane.Second,The aerodynamic calculation model of rotor is established based on the blade element theory and other methods,mainly studying the single rotor aerodynamic model,the configuration of the rotor and the design of other aerodynamic components.Then,Studying the static and dynamic characteristics of the frame.In this paper,the static analysis of the frame of the gyroplane under the conditions of jump take-off,flight and landing is carried out,and the strength and rigidity of the frame are evaluated.The first 7-20 free modes of the gyro frame are extracted.And analyzing the natural frequencies and modes of each mode are obtained and the harmonic response.Last,The multi-objective optimization is carried out for the structure which accounts for a large proportion of the overall weight of the fuselage.The scheme of the minimum total mass of the fuselage which can meet the design requirements is obtained,and the purpose of the lightweight of the fuselage frame of the gyroplane is completed.The research in this paper forms the analysis and design method of the frame of the gyroplane,which can provide a reference for the optimal design of the frame of the small and light gyroplane.
