Design And Analysis Of A Medium-caliber Anti-aircraft Gun Supply And Delivery System

Based on the development of a medium-caliber air defense anti-aircraft gun,this paper has designed and analyzed the medium-caliber gun loader system,according to the development trend of the domestic and international.In the overall scheme design,the design scheme for the transport mechanism was determined through the analysis of the style of transporting,the number of loading steps,etc.;the scheme of the loading mechanism was formulated based on the form of loading and the cooperation with the loading mechanism;The design of the automatic magazine was carried out by the connection structure and the transfer route of the shells.In the specific structural design,the key components such as the feed sprockets,the spring,and the guiding mechanism of each mechanism were mainly designed.Based on the ADAMS,a virtual prototype of the loader system was established,and the dynamic characteristics of the shells during the entire process of the delivery missile were calculated.Focusing on the analysis of the projectiles in 8 key positions,the results show that at the supply speed of 200 rounds/min,the fluctuation of the projectiles in the magazine is small,which can meet the requirements of the stability of the supply.The working conditions of the projectile were analyzed,and it was verified that under different working conditions,the designed system for the bomb can meet the requirements of the bayonet chamber consistency.Finally,the finite element theory was used to analyze the vibration characteristics of the loader system,and the first 6 natural frequencies and modes of the loader system were calculated.And the variation law of the natural frequency of the loader system was calculated as the number of shells decreases from the launching process.
