The aircraft containerized loading system is an important part of the air transportation, which bears most of the load of ULD in the air transportation. At the same time, when the flight attitude changes under special conditions, such as taking off, landing, emergency landing and encountering sudden airflow in the air,it is necessary to ensure ULD to bear the sudden pressure and carry the burst loads in all directions without losing its service characteristics. The safety of its performance is directly related to the safety of flight transportation. The performance of the components of the aircraft containerized loading system mainly depends on their responses of loading under static and loading in dynamic situations. Therefore, dynamic analysis of the components of aircraft containerized loading system can evaluate their performance and serve as a reference for structural optimization analysis. This article firstly analyzes the general requirements of the aircraft containerized loading system.According to the characteristics of the lower cargo space of a certain type of passenger aircraft, the loading sites of the cargo hold are divided, and the configuration and layout of the loading system are also designed. Then the three-dimensional model of the loading system is set up in CATIA.Then, the overload situation of the containerized loading system is analyzed. The system is researched by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The finite element analysis software analyzed the performance of the containerized loading system in various extreme overload situations, which provides a reference for the design of the containerized loading system of aircraft. The modal analysis of the components of the containerized loading and system was also carried out,and the natural frequency and vulnerable position of each part are analyzed. Then,on the basis of modal analysis, the impulsive response analysis and random vibration analysis of the system were performed by ANSYS Workbench, and the mechanical deformation of the components under incentive conditions was obtained. Then, the data was compared with the results of modal analysis, and the resonance frequency of components was obtained.
