In 2020,under the leadership of the party,with a series of poverty alleviation policy under the guidance of government,through the whole of society from all walks of life deeply involved in the crucial work,poverty in our country implements the poverty an all-round victory in the battle,in the current standard of absolute poverty in addition to domestic dissipation,China’s poverty alleviation work emphasis in the future will no longer be the dominant absolute poverty problem,but to study the successful experience of poverty alleviation works,through the establishment of a long-term mechanism to prevent Chinese,to consolidate and develop out of poverty,to solve fundamentally the there has been relatively poor,achieve common prosperity.In poverty to be completed,the state-owned construction enterprise is always in the battle line,out of poverty in the party and the government’s overall poverty alleviation policy framework,in the face of poverty population distribution range and level of education is generally low,remote area,and the traffic infrastructure and the imbalance of the industry development is not sound,each district,fully combined with state-owned construction enterprise industry characteristics and business advantage,adopted many effective means of anti-poverty engines,and one of the most representative and has the longevity and continuity means is fixed-point support work.This article adopts the method of combining literature research and case analysis,by using relevant theories of absolute poverty and relative poverty,adopts fixed point and support of state-owned enterprises in solving the problems in the absolute poverty,solution and the results were analyzed,and the research in the future through the development of stateowned construction enterprises has witness the feasibility of the implementation to prevent Chinese,to alleviate poverty and to establish a long-term mechanism to prevent Chinese.This paper is divided into five parts.First of all,the background,significance,content,ideas and methods of the research are explained,and the current situation of the theoretical research on absolute poverty and relative poverty in China is reviewed.Secondly,the theory of absolute poverty and the theory of relative poverty are analyzed and explained,to solve the problem of absolute poverty and relative poverty are analyzed.Thirdly,the paper introduces the main significance and characteristics of the state-owned-construction enterprises’ fixedpoint assistance to prevent poverty return.Fourth,the case analysis of state-owned construction enterprises to use fixed-point assistance to prevent the main practices of poverty,research the feasibility of fixed-point assistance to prevent poverty and long-term mechanism analysis.Finally,in view of the problems encountered by state-owned construction enterprises,combined with the characteristics of relative poverty,this paper puts forward some suggestions on establishing a long-term mechanism to prevent the return to poverty.
